Hotel simples, mas nada de significativo Próximo ao Shopping Flamboyant (distância caminhável), estacionamento, café da manhã justo.

Esperava mais pelo valor pago, especialmente por não se tratar de época festiva ou de temporada.

Janelas anti-ruído, em frente ao shopping e com muita chuva, proporcionou passatempo

Great all round hotel. Very clean. Great staff.

Make sure you read your reservation contract properly. The amount you think you pay is increased by 10% service charges which I have never encountered in a hotel before. A nasty surprise I hope doesn't catch on.

Just few steps from Flaboyant Shopping Center is definitely a huge plus. Great breakfast with huge variety of different foods. Super nice staff with fluent English.

Beds were a bit on a soft side and there was some construction work in our floor which was loud.

The hotel is not a 4 stars at all... expensive for the services they offer. 8am they started to make repairs inside a room just over my room A VERY HIGH AND HORRIBLE NOISE. I TOOK MEDICINE TO SLEEP DUE TO HAD ARRIVED AFTER MIDNIGHT. I JUST JUMPED FROM THE BED SCARED, WITH THE VERY LOUD NOISE. MY MEDICATION IS VERY STRONG SO GOT SEVERAL MINUTES TO WAKE ME UP. I COULDN'T SLEEP ANYMORE. AND IM WITH A STRONG HEADACHE TILL NOW, WHEN I WENT TO TALK WITH THE GUYS WORKING THEY WEREN'T BEEN POLITE AND DIDN'T WELL ACCEPT THE COMPLAINT. NEVER WILL BACK THERE AGAIN. WORST REVIEW EVER.
