We arrived earlier then the checkin time and for the first time time in my life a hotel that had the room ready want to charge me for an early checkin. I always travel and stay and nice hotels. The facility (gym) is horrible, machines broken, the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool etc. The room is basic and they had to change us to another room twice: -the first room the AC was broken -the second room, the toilet was leaking and flooded the bathroom We were traveling with a kid and had to pack and unpack 3 times. Finally, in the checkout the charged us for the coffee machine that was in the room. Again in another hotels, never had to pay for coffee or tea in the room. Sad stay!

Nice quite rooms with good A/C, impressing lobby. Short distance from airport ( 10 min ), and about 15 min by car to city center.

We missed a pool or at least an opportunity to relax outside.The fitness room was not very inviting, but little and too hot ( could have started A/C tough). Children play room was closed “because of Corona”…. c’mon, Corona is over in June !!! Communication in English was somewhat difficult with the staff.

Good value, fair prices, well located. Good meal at restaurant.

staffs wasn’t very helping, tome then 1 hour to check me in, the excuse was because the person on the front desço was a bar staff.

The bathroom had black mold and the air conditioner did not work properly. Not only did it not cool much but it spent the night making noises and spilling water

This is a Boutique Hotel, it´s a awesome concept and they made everything perfect, all furnitures and all artwork is very beautiful and brings you a little bit of design and environment of european cities

Welcoming Staff and great breakfast buffet. Renovated room, clean.

They should not broadcast what the client used in the minibar over the walkie talkie for all the reception and guests to hear. More discretion please. Small detail but makes a big difference.

I liked the price, the place and it´s style. The staff was helpful and polite. I loved the smell of the products (shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) available to the guests.

My apartment was not well cleaned. Lots of hair on the floor e in the restroom. The breakfast had great options, but the eggs were very cold, the orange juice was not good and I had only one choice of tea.
