It was clean, staff were very helpful and lovely. Great view, able to have fresh air through balcony door, rooms were smart and clean.

The pillows were awful, the beds (2 king singles) were joined together and the mattress sank in the middle. The balcony was taken up by the air con so couldn’t stand on it. Although I’ve it is a bit too far from town. But close to the airport.

The location was lovely, a little far from the city. I imagine if we had more time we would of enjoyed the facilities - we only stayed overnight.

Busy at reception when we arrived. Staff a little frazzled, we were told at 5pm that our room was not ready. The staff member did not seem too concerned. Thank goodness the supervisor caught our eye and came over to rectify the situation and find a room that was ready. The room was comfortable but dated, bathroom tiny.

The room is spacious and comfortable. There's a water taxi (about 10mins walk from the hotel) and bus stop (about 20mins inclined walk). WiFi is strong. They tidy up the room each day. Breakfast was OK, the staff knows already what I wanted on my 3rd day.

The breakfast menu was the same each day.

Friendly helpful Staff, quick check in, clear, concise directions and lovely unit to stay in, easy check out with very courteous Staff. Thank You. We celebrated my Wife's Birthday with a Trip on the TSS Earnslaw to Walter Peak Farm, lovely day weather wise and finished the day with a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown.

Very sound proof room, perfect for two people, great value for money, very clean and great view

Bathroom products (shower gel, shampoo, soap etc.) were all “male” scents. Had to pay for parking which could just be incorporated in the costs. Cheapens the hotel.

This was a perfect choice for pur over night stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of lake and mountains. Great value for money And the staff were so lovely and welcoming

The staff on arrival were friendly and accommodating, noticed it was my birthday and making us feel welcome with a treat and birthday card left in our room while we were out for dinner. The room was well presented and the parking easy to enter.

The bed wasn't made properly and I had to remake it late at night as I couldn't find staff on the desk and was tired and just wanting to sleep. The bottom sheet was too small for the bed and when I first climbed in, it didn't cover the bottom 1/3 of the mattress and when I remade it i couldn't tuck it in the top and bottom of the bed. The room and bathroom had a lot of old paint and rough look for a hilton. The shower had 3 bottles of supplied toiletries but one had fallen off the wall, leaving a silica ring where it was attached, they had replaced this by fixing the bottle to the window in the shower that mean the window couldn't be opened. The glass sliding door between the bathroom and lounge allowed for little auditory privacy when in the bathroom.
