Location was good. Clean hotel. Nice views from the room. big room.

the water of the shower was cold! I did get hot water until the shower was running for 30 min and that was a GREAT waste of water. the next room was smoking and it support to be smoke free hotel. All his smoke was coming to my room. there is no refrigerator in the room.

For a day or two to explore town is good hotel.

The restaurant service was limited. It was a low season.

There was not a single redeeming factor

Location: It was out of the way from town, lots of steps to reach the city. Room: Totally outdated, sparse, there was not a single seating area inside of the room . Closet with not even a hanger . One electrical outlet in the room. TV with few local channels and remote control barely worked. Black out Drapes for windows were raggedy Bathroom: Big counter was the only plus . Shower did not have light and no hot water . Strong sewer odor. Staff : Totally unengaged and apathetic.

Good location, balcony with a view on a gorge, spacious though simple room and a comfy bed, friendly staff, an on-site pool, very good price/quality ratio

the location is good. you can walk to the historic center in about 10 mins. it has a very large balcony.

the room wasn’t very clean (mystery marks on the floor and hairs in the shower when I arrived). the bed was a little hard for a side sleeper. the rooms furniture and decore is dated but fine. the TV in the room was old and I was not given a remote for it so I had to use the buttons on the TV. it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but there wasn’t one.

Cleaning and very good room

The shower is not good. the device sparkling was terrible. Hot water takes too much timeto be ready. Restaurant service was open until 22:00 and in theory should be 24 hrs.

not what you see in the pictures at all. very loud. beds were uncomfortable. AC unit hardly worked

Bad Service , old beds, wrong google maps location, non recommended for family at all, and you need to give your keys everyday if you want the room to be clean , that is Mandatory

Staff at the desk was not friendly and didn’t seem to care too much. Borderline rude. Music at the restaurant downstairs would not let you sleep. Food at the restaurant mediocre at best. Overall no one really cares about the comfort of the guests…

The hotel was very clean and the location is excellent.

The best is the location, in the center of Cuernavaca. Also I liked its personnel, especially Margarita Gomez at the kitchen very efficient and extremely courteous, also her staff…kudos to Margarita, Jennifer and other. Also people at the reception.
