We got a very big room with nice view of the village and the mountains. The room was well equipped and the staff was super helpful! The sauna and the steam cabin was cool.
The Wi-fi was very slow. In the first room was no internet connection. The staff changed our room immediately we asked. 🙏 One level above half of the room was no internet but in the other part had. (That was the last room in the corridor). We are almost vegan 🌱. Would be better if the hotel provide more plant based main dishes.

The staff are so friendly. The hotel is very clean and spacious. We got upgraded to two duplex for free and also later checkout time
Property is away from the town, no local amenities nearby so taxi rides to and fro costs money

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the whole day was available food service as well as spa service. The stuff was very helpful. The water in the pool was fantastic. Many thanks for the good services, tasty cuizine, nice stuff and free courtesy treat.

We booked for a double bedroom but we were upgraded to a superior room with kingsize bed. I hope i mentioned correctly...Grateful for good customer service. Room was very big with sofa area 2 tvs and a big very very comfortable bed. Was also very clean and beautiful. Breakfast spread was marvellous. One of a very exclusive hotel in Cappadocia with great staff & service. No shops nearby but maybe a restaurant, not sure as we rent a car and were out most of the time. Alot of places of interest in Cappadocia besides the hot air balloon. Visit the underground cities, uchi castle, ilhara valley and lot more...

the location and staff were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable. special mention for the front desk staff Ahu and Elif. They were one of the best front desk folks we have experienced.
house cleaning could be a but more efficient.

Room is confortable, indoor pool.
Fridge in the room didn't get cold at all and releases a lot of heat, and its noisy.
The food in the restaurant could be better. Food options for Breakfast and dinner were very poor and it wasn't replaced often as needed.
Some of the fruits for breakfast were spoiled (apples, pears).

This is a massive hotel where travel agencies drop their big groups from all over the world. Breakfast en dinner buffet is huge but not special, the quality is rather low.
