The staff were so kind, generous, and caring. We were really touched by the warm hospitality and the way everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. Mr Mohammed, the general manager, welcomed us us with such warmth and kindness. He even sat us down and shared tips and information on touring the area, shared some of the history, and answered all our questions with great eagerness and patience.

Everything was great from the location, the warm hospitality and great food. Only 1 recommendation: Have more or brighter lighting, especially for the evening and nighttime.

love the cave hotel, really nice view, very beautiful room with wonderful beds , decoration and super comfy bathroom. staff were above and beyond to contact our tour guide and car transfers. Comunication was excellent since our reservation. breakfast was excellent and included in the price. it is a beautiful area filled with activities to do. I would come back to this beautiful hotel any time!

Nice and cozy sitting area to enjoy the view. Spacious room for our family room. Tasty breakfast. Staff was really helpful to advise on the visiting area nearby. Love the amenities inside the room. Grapes serve during breakfast was home grown.

Our room wifi has no signal but you can always use wifi at the common area.

Hezen cave was Home away from Home. The staff was very courteous, smiling with positive attitude and helpful and willingly ensured one was comfortable. I will highly recommend Hezen Cave for any one planning a holiday in Cappadocia.

The staff were amazing! extremely kind and welcoming. They help when I needed to go to hospital, and were always willing to go out of their way for us. Our cave room was spectacular! very accomodation environment and the surroundings were stunning.

We were shocked at how good the food was here. We had just come from Istanbul and wasn’t impressed with the food or hotel there but loved every meal at Hezen! We also loved that you could get your own drinks AND do laundry on-site! So nice to have a fresh change of clothes for the long plane ride home.

Given that it’s a bit further located than most of the other hotels, we were the first pickup and the last drop off meaning we spent a little bit more time in the vans. Not something that can be changed but just good to know!

Hezen Cave Hotel is a magical place! With its gorgeous view on Ortahisar, it’s authentic local vibe and super friendly staff, you can’t wish for a better experience. We felt like home from the first moment!

it’s gorgeous, from the architecture to the interior design. the cave rooms are cleverly integrated, the breakfast generous and delicious and view literally breathtaking. all that said, the staff was even better. they are best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, in our 50+ years of travel. (it helps that this property is such a nice small size.) Among an incredible group, Ahmed stood out. he is one of the nicest and friendliest people you’ll meet, anywhere, ever. in addition to typical daily interactions, he saved us from a rainstorm with a smile — even after being given incorrect directions to where we were on the other side of the village.

We really enjoyed entire atmosphere, brekafast terrace has impressive view on the clif and rock. Breakfast was neatly done and they always asked for kind of eggs you want. recommendable Turkish style Omlete. Coffee was decent too. Our room was actually a cave and we enjoyed it very much. Front desk personal spke great English and they welcomed us and gave us maps and entire information about the possible trips. It was great that they were not pushing to sell things but just gave options. Of course you could book services through them as well. I loved the fridge with cold beer and relaxing atmosphere. Its a GO! We were so happy to stay in this little town and not in busy and dusty Goreme.

Breakfast fruits selection could be wider and more fresh. Or room was missing little board "dont disturb" which I usually use. I do not want that staff go in. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. I just did not want that they change towles every day. Management could add a sticker to the bathroom where encourage teh water savings and if towel needs to be replaced put it on the floor.
