Mooi resort aan het meer met een geweldig zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en beantwoord al je vragen (Sagendra heeft ons vaak geholpen aan de receptie). Eten is het restaurant is ook echt een aanrader. Bedden in de kamer echt geweldig.

Men zou iets meer aan het onderhoud kunnen doen, zodat het resort zo mooi blijft als het waarschijnlijk ooit gebouwd is.

Hotel is nicely located in the quiet part of the tourism zone, but not to far to miss out on great cafés, restaurants, and other activities. Staff caters to every need. Are very friendly and easy to strike up a conversation with. Food is excellent both domestic and more known international cuisine is present. The hotel room is clean and modern. The beds are the best.

They did not have espresso

The warm welcome from reception staff, the food and beverage team were very attentive and very helpful and polite, great selection of food and drink to cater for all tastes

Staff behavior

The resort was right at the waterfront with a restaurant, a bar with wine, close to the cable car station and had an unblocked view of Lake Phewa. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff (esp Mr Deep and Mr Raj) more than make up for the dated room interiors. They were very helpful with regards to booking of buses to Kathmandu and even were able to customise dishes to suit our taste. I also love the restaurant that overlooks the lake and would like to visit it again when it’s not raining. On the whole, I really enjoyed my stay there and all the smiley staffs helped to make the rainy days a little sunnier.

The room could do with a tat more lighting and the bathroom some new doors.
