I think location is perfect

Overall, the visit went well, and the hotel employees showed great hospitality, especially Susan who was very proactive.
But the breakfast needs a lot of work; it was the same during our stay, which made us quite unhappy. Breakfast mostly consisted of South Asian food; it ought to also have Asian food.

I paid the amount and then they asked to pay more as this is low cost for this property. If that is so then it shouldn’t reflect on the App right.
also it was worth a ₹500 room. as the rooms were messy. no towels, bedsheets were so dirty and bathroom was unhygienic and without soap.
There were accumulation of hair inside the toilet. Hair on the bed as if someone just used and never changed the cleaned sheets.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thamel.

I really liked the location in Thamel. Staff was pretty friendly. There was a little convenience store very close by to purchase snacks, lots of restaurants and souvenir shopping close by. Nice big sofa in the lobby. Liked that I could arrange for a driver to pick me up from the airport.
The sofa in my room had a huge brown stain over a large portion of it. I refused to sit on it. Room 407 did not have actual windows to the outside. They had windows to the interior of the building--very strange. Also, the bathroom window was not enclosed all the way (window opened to the interior of the building). Part of it had a window and the other half was wood blinds (nothing but air behind them). So when people were back there during the day it was very loud (it was not loud at night though). Elevator did not work well. Breakfast was not good and conditions were not sanitary. When ordering room service, the person brough me an uncovered dish of food, that I saw him accidently stick his finger into.

I like the whole setup including reception area was really nice.
Could have been better esp inside the room interior wise. Overall, I wouldn’t mind recommending your place.

20 pigeons on window ledge and view outside was not very nice :(
