The location is good, 5 mins walk from hongdae exit 3 The staffs are super nice, helped to carry luggage to the room Reception manager has provided many support by kaokao message Have 2 kitchen ,one is on 3th floor and near our room, no need to go down for laundry and breakfast which is unexpected good. The dishes and pots are clean and enough for cooking. The room is with fair size, enough for 2 ppl with big luggage. recommend for traveler who plan to live in HongDae

Just one minor point, it will be perfect if no smell in toilet, but it's acceptable

Friendly staff. Warm and comfortable rooms. Spacious and nice shower. Breakfast was very good, for a small extra pay.

Some pillows had a plastic liner, that was so hard to sleep on.

A lot of dust in the room and there is no lift, you have to carry your luggage down from 3f

affordable and comfortable. really near hongik station make it walkable to go anywhere. easy to commute by subway. and near to many attraction places.

my first night was not really good. the weather was very cold but the heater are not really working. my mom freezing that night, and i asked to change room but they didnt tell me it was full. they just reply that guest before us was okay. when i keep asking staff for help, they asked me to leave and move out to another guesthouse (which it was midnight and my mom freezing but they chase us while its very cold outside?). but tomorrow morning they called someone to repair. they were all nice but i dunno, that first night was not really good. but i do think other part is okayyy. overall it was okayy!

Staffs are nice and accommodating. Location is very accessible. Is is a value for your money for solo travelers like me.

The place wasn't clean, the sharing kitchen was dirty. the host didn't tell us about the kitchen in every floor and the door to the kitchen was always closed so we didn't know about it until the last days. The bathroom always flooded in every shower we took.

clean, towels and amenities were all stocked up. had a common kitchen as well.

no elevators so just stairs which is normal but you gotta be ready for it.

I love their room . My room is single type. Everything is complete .Aircon is superb. Iron is available in lounge. They have everything. My stay in Korea is so wonderful and one of the reason for it is because of this guesthouse.

Location was great, it took 5-10 mnutes walk from Hongik stn. exit no.3 Room and facility is great. Easy to do self check-in. Good to stay here.

No elevator. Communal lounge in basement did not give a good first impression of the place.

the location is perfect, close to hongdae but in a very quiet area, also close to yeonnam, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafes.

people were often talking in the staircase, or the hallway right in front of the room at night. The kitchen was kinda dirty, but that´s to be expected of a hostel.

Location was the best, clean and friendly staffs. Best guest house with the price ranges. Safe atmosphere and interacting with the other guests were comfortable. Highly recommend who is looking for safe and clean environment.
