The location was good for restaurants and other activities.

Many things! We had to change rooms because of a malfunctioning air conditioner that continued all night. The new room had at least three lights that were missing bulbs or did not work. Some guests were smoking in the dining area! We were awakened well after midnight (4am once) on two occasions by the “night clerk” carrying on a loud conversation with either a guest or passer by directly outside our bedroom window. We were so disappointed that we left the hotel after two weeks and found ourselves better accommodation at less cost for our third week.

Very budget. Room was in desperate need of updating/renovation (bathroom sink falling off the wall, door to bathroom would not close, curtains very old and needing to be replaced). Air conditioner was so loud I could not run it when sleeping. Bed was comfortable enough, and that was all I really needed, but disappointed otherwise.

The wifi did not work in my room. They wanted to charge me 100 pesos more to have “faster stronger” wifi. Ended up going to a cafe down the street to use wifi for emails etc.

It is a nice hotel, but not luxury (which is not what we were looking for). Close to the main highway (but still very quiet).

The location and facilities were great! Staff were very friendly! Nice pool! Cleaning staff was awesome!

It was quiet most of the time. Rooms were easily accessible. We had the junior suite with the balcony kitchen. Staff very good!
