The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptional and made us feel very welcome, even though we arrived in the middle of the night.

The hotel is an old villa so soundproofing is basically non existant. Also, the windows let a loot of street noise through.

This is at best a normal BmB just good location to pisa center which is not really needed, they use a normal double bed and push many beds in it to make it a family room.

Almost everything , they are still serving breakfast Covid style .

Great position for visiting the tower. Lovely restaurants within 10-15 mins walk. The hotel was very clean and traditional. Staff were friendly - especially the lovely lady who served breakfast.

The continental breakfast was adequate but we didn't like having to pre-order the items that we wanted to eat and the exact time that we wanted breakfast, during the evening before. Our pre-ordered selection was brought to our table by tray. The coffee and croissant were lovely and fresh but everything else was very basic pre-packaged sweet food - no cheeses or meats or toast. Our room had no views. It was just about comfortable. The bed was very creaky on the slightest movement and the mattress was firm. Overall the bed and bedding was ok but not great. A nice enough hotel, but I wouldn't return.

Very cooperative staff

1. No lift or elevator, it's difficult to take the luggage 2. Just for extending two hours they charged 39 euros , for a genius booking. Com . Most hotels in the world usually extend that much that too when someone is participating in Marathon.
