The location is not far from the toll. So it was perfect for my transit trip on my way to Bali. The room was ok and close to many culinary. I did not book with breakfast, but gofood was easy to manage

Though I book with my secured booking, and the option I choose was payment at the property, the hotel called me and asked for bank transfer. I was driving and told them that I’ll arrive by 9pm and will pay when I arrive, they still insist for the deposit. Very much uncomfortable since I told them Am driving long distance and still gonna make it there in couple of hours. Until I told the staff to get me the manager, and will file a complaint. they then stop asking for payment.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing - the room was just incredible and had the nicest view out of a huge window front. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with everything. Breakfast all you can eat was also fantastic. super comfortable and absolutely worth the money.

Convenient location, friendly staff.

Shower and washbasins in various rooms need maintenance. Some showers will not change from hand held to overhead. Noted in several rooms I stayed in. Small refrigerator in room set to minimum and cannot be adjusted because control is missing. Also noted in several rooms.
