Everything was great! It's not easy to get to the beach because you need to drive through the jungle for around 2 km but thanks to that it's not crowded att all! If you are kamikaze you can try to ride there a scooter but I don't recommend it. You can ask the host for the taxi to the city. There are 3 restaurants on the beach and one small shop with snacks/beer but it's totally enough to cut off from everyday routine and chillout. Water was amazingly clear, fishes by the rock beautiful, so take you snoorkling mask with you. For sure our best accommodation/beach/ vibes in Thailand so far.

Nice room, Resturant next door was lovely. They picked us up from our previous hotel on the other side of the island and took us all the way to bottle beach which normal taxis will not (usually have to walk 30 minutes)

I liked my traditional bungalow, right on the beach. The bed was clean and comfortable and there was a mosquito net.

This place is a total fraud! My Christmas and new year get away was completely ruined because this place lies about its offer. The photographs on the booking site are totally out of date and a complete lie! THERE IS NO RESTAURANT. THERE IS NO FOOD. THERE IS NO BAR. THERE ARE NO BANGING COCKTAILS. The former restaurant is now a shed for the storage of general rubbish. There is zero atmosphere, there is no service, no coffee in your room, nothing. I was even charged 30b for a tea bag when making a cup of tea for myself at the empty bar, in the shed that was once a restaurant. I had booked for 2 weeks over the Christmas period but asked for a refund for week 2 because the place was so empty, desolate, and had lied about its offer. A refund was absolutely refused at every turn, I tried everything to reason with them, to no avail. DISGRACEFUL!!! The beach here is the most polluted I have ever seen! they were literally carting away plastic by the truck load!!! It is disgusting and desperately sad. This beach is so isolated that when the weather is stormy (no boats) the only way to get out is by arranged 4x4 at great cost. It is hard not to feel trapped here, on the disgustingly polluted beach. There is no village or shops, you have to rely on the 3 other "resorts" for food and drinks, none of them are very good. I will never visit this place again.

Excellent location on bottle Beach if you want to get away from everything. Very quiet and peaceful with one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited.

There was no restaurant as advertised (it was there but not used) no shops nearby and only the choice of 3 places to eat (2 of which seemed to be the same company) so probably not worth a long stay. Funny smell in room.

Nothing liked about the property. In the there not a single hanger or wardrobe to hang your clothes. Bed head was stone(see photo) Bed was hay mattress, 40 mm topping over. No fly door. mosquitos were like a horse. We booked and paid very early to secure. after the prices went up they sent us a email, saying that no breakfast any more. it was too late to change the booking, prices were up already, so they reimbursed us 100 baht/pp for breakfast,which there is no breakfast for that price,it is a good trick. also there is no manager at the resort, she is at Bangkok looking after parents, remote control resort. we left 2 days before, we couldnt put up any more

everything ! Even there is no manager at the Resort to look after you. This resort between the two creeks, when tide up, you are stuck with Only one restaurant, you can not reach other two resorts. There is no life at this resort. Everybody tries to go other resorts. Creeks are dirty and full of rubbish( see photo) No management

Really secluded at an amazingly beautiful beach! The most pristine resort with hammocks, palm trees and white sand. The staff was very nice and the bungalow we stayed in was very clean and nice. The north is the most spectacular area of Koh Phan Ngan regarding the nature, everything else is a bit far away but there are nice restaurants nearby and also a few on the beach itself. The drive there by scooter is a bit of an adventure, but doable if it’s not rainy or too wet. We went to the south west afterwards to get to know a different side of the island aswell which I would recommend. Overall, the perfect place to zone out and relax!

Water in our room was cold, but you easily get used to it

the room was very nice and the beach as well. The two restaurants there are very good (especially the pancakes). amazing view and perfect if you want to escape everything and everyone for a while!

it was very isolatwd which was nice for a day but we always needed a taxi when we wanted to go somewhere and there was just 2 cars that would drive to the beach (because of the bad road conditions). We always had to book in advance because the Taxis would just leave 2 or 3 times a day and it was very expensive.

When we checked in the staff were very friendly and keen to impress. The location of Bottle Beach is stunning.

We specifically booked a bungalow that was on the beachfront. It wasn’t, it was behind another bungalow surrounded by forest and our front balcony was facing (at close proximity) a neighbouring bungalow. It felt dark and grotty and completely unsuitable and not as described. We asked if we could move but was told that wasn’t possible. We ended up moving to the Bottle Beach 2 which was brilliant!! We checked out and asked for a refund. They refused as said the Booking.com booking was not refundable. Booking.com have not helped. It makes me feel that properties will give booking.com customers the worst rooms because if we complain they are not as described they just say, “sorry non refundable”. Booking.com are just as useless and say just leave a bad review. I would much prefer to have had a refund in theirs instance and not had to write all of this as do want to support small businesses, but not when they don’t sell you rooms as advertised.
