Moderna spaziosa villa sul mare di fronte alla spiaggia di surf sorvegliata e al parco wifi incluso. Villa ha tutti i nuovi arredi di qualità, letti, salotti, lino ecc Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e camminare in accappatoio. Seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli re o può essere costituita come un letto matrimoniale. Secondo bagno ha una doccia e vasca con servizi igienici separati. Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto nella zona letto e soggiorno. La Villa dispone di inversione di aria condizionata del ciclo .C'è una lavanderia separata con asciugatrice e una linea di lavaggio esterno. Il cortile rivolto a nord con un giardino di erbe ha un barbecue a gas e un ambiente esterno con doccia esterna ombreggiata con vele per fornire la vacanza finale sulla spiaggia. Se questa è la prova prenotato Seaside Villa A. Entrambe le ville possono essere aperti con un cancello adiacente per le famiglie più numerose e gli amici che vogliono andare in vacanza insieme che occupa entrambe le ville. There were 4 adults so the 2 rooms with private facilities for both couples worked fine. Parking for two cars is adequate as long as some care is taken.

Very clean and comfortable accom in a great location! Only problem was that the booking platform did not give clear check-in details, however, the owner was very responsive and helpful via sms.

Perfect location opposite patrolled beach and so close to clubs, restaurants, cafes and everything you need within walking distance and no stairs! Villa is like brand new and spotless inside and out with all the comforts of home. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV and loved the outdoor shower! The hosts Wendy and Steve were great and so quick to respond. Thanks for allowing us to create some great memories at Sawtell Seaside Villas. Will definitely be back.

We found this property as a relatively late booking and were delighted to be able to stay. The property is very clean, updated inside and well equipped. Its location between the main street / cafes / restaurants/ pubs and the beach meant we could park up and be on foot with ease.

Incredible place to stay and way better than the photos shoe.
I was impressed by the photos and even more do upon arrival.
Felt like home, my 9 year old autistic son who doesn't like change or new place was thrilled and even told me "mum I'd be quiet happy to stay here forever"
A few minutes walk time to the beach, relax at the end of the street, comfortable beds, amazing detail has been out into the villa.
Outdoor shower to de-sand after a beach trip.
Will be contacting the host again to book for future getaways.

Great location and property
Extremely comfortable well located house that had everything we needed for our mini break. Super clean and spacious and as always Sawtell is an amazing village with a perfect beach

really enjoyed the stay , location a bonus. Found the property had everything that we needed/ expected.
just one gripe would be the fans are a bit noisy and the main bed could be a bit more comfortable.

Pleasant stay
Very comfortable and clean apt. Very close to shops, cafes etc. A little noisy as backs onto a laneway.

Check others before deciding
Well-appointed: tick. Nicely furnished: tick. Comfortable bed: tick. Close to beach, shops and clubs: tick. However, Villa B's locale was disappointing: sited between quite a few garages, entry/exit was via single pot- holed, poorly lit lane (looked unsafe at night) with many overflowing garbage bins at the back of shops littering the road.

Always a pleasure to stay in the Villa's
Repeat customers & would happily stay again. Beautiful villa with everything you could ask for provided. Beds very comfy. Super quiet location even though it's a 30 second walk to beach and cafes/shops. Great off street parking.

Exactly as advertised
This property was exactly as advertised. Great location, 5 minutes to everywhere in Sawtell. The owner was really quick on any response that we wanted answered. Was just what we wanted and the cleanliness was above and beyond our expectation. The added extras like so many condiments was such a bonus. Thanks

There was also a power outage one night during our stay, but we couldn’t find a torch to provide some light (wouldn’t have mattered had our phones been charged)We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Sawtell very much.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location
The apartment is very light, bright and well maintained. It has everything you need, it is spacious and just footsteps from the beach and village. The beds are extremely comfortable and it was great having two large bathrooms. I had a wonderful week here, and would definitely love to stay again next time I go to Sawtell.

The access to the villa was awful. Access was down a narrow one way lane at the back of the property. Maneuvering into the driveway was difficult. There is no outdoor area because the paved outdoor area is where you have to park the car. Otherwise it was comfortable enough. No smart tv though so Only local tv channels. Location was good.
