The view from our apartment was amazing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are also a few great hiking trails nearby.

- The room was exactly like in the picture, clean and spacious apartment. - We didn't tried the buffet, because the room has all equipment and utensils ready to cook. 2 stove tops and big fridge. No oven. - The facilities are good, playground & pool for kids (70cm deep), basketball and tennis court. - Towels, bed linen and pillow case are provided - but it is better to bring own toilet roll & dishwashing liquid, they do provided a small starter pack of soap & 1 toilet roll but if staying longer, there is a supermarket nearby the area. - The staffs are friendly and very helpful, even though we don't speak french and some don't speak english, google translate can help!

- The wifi connection was very poor -in our apartment (frejus). - The kids club was closed during our stay (during non-school holiday)

Fantastic location in St Raphael with private parking and many sport facilities from tennis, pool, basket, mingolf etc all.included in your stay. Check in very organised and when you get to your apartment you find towels and bed linen in closed bags on your bed. With your residence you get access to all sport facilities, piscine, beach etc. You even have a cinema running films and night and different daily events. I only had breakfast there where you self-serve, it was great and continually filled till the last minute. All staff serves with a smile on their face. Was lovely stay

Nice Club, with a great view on the sea. The sandy and long beach is only a 10 minutes walk. The whole area, beach mountains, wood, sea and cliffs are fantastic. Good for Cycling.

Everything is very old, the whole Club must be renewed.

Location is convenient if you have a car. The hotel has its private beach club and a restaurant at the water ( we didn't try). The village is spacious and offers some activities. We enjoyed daily evening programs.

The staffs are friendly but with limited foreign language skills. The facilities need to improve for example the mini golf was hard to complete as the ground was not set up properly. My kids were not able to borrow bowling balls as it was often borrowed by others but not returned.

Old, but big and clean apartment good and calm location

The children room was empty, which was very disappointing as it was one of the reasons, why we choose this hostel. The children rooms only opens in July and August. The private beach was not private, it was public.... and very small. The staff was unfriendly.

Loved the size of the apartment, it was extremely clean, quiet and we had a fabulous view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It had activities for both children and adults and the pool looked clean and inviting.

The 2 seater sofa was not really comfortable to sit on, and it didn't have enough comfortable seating for the number of guests in a 2 bedroom apartment.

The studio was clean, spacious and with a kitchen well equiped. The sea view was gorgeous, however we've been asked to pay 40€ for it.

Nowhere was specified on booking.com that we have to pay a 300€ deposit at check-in.

I would certainly recommend this as a holiday destination. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the modern appartment we stayed in was well equipped and spacious with even better views over the village of Agay. The room had indoor and outdoor dining areas, a comfy bed, great shower, electronic blackout blinds, interconnecting rooms if required, lots of shops and cafes/bars within a 10 minute walk, air conditioning, activities for children, a selection of day trips organised by the front desk, plenty of parking, coffee machine with a timer and a quiet swimming pool with background music.

Location was very accessible to the beach and we had an amazing ocean view room.

The sofa in the rooms was a little uncomfortable for a stay of longer than a night or so.

The hotel is rather old but very well kept. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an apartment with sea view at no cost which was quite nice und non-expected. This factor made our stay much more pleasant... In a nutshell: BEDROOMS: The rooms were overall spacious but basic. While the beds were comfy, we struggled quite a lot with the pillows. All 3 adults got neck pains from it. KITCHEN: small but had all utensils needed. No special remarks there. BREAKFAST: on the first day we decided to try the breakfast which was optional but found it to be overpriced for the offer they had (8EUR per adult/5 per child). The croissants were quite yummy but we missed a warm buffet, freshly cooked eggs and a selection of fruits. For that reason for the following days, we decided to eat at the apartment. RESTAURANT: rather outdated. It didn't feel very inviting, so, apart from breakfast, we didn't visit at all afterwards. POOL AREA: very clean and well maintained. In spite of chilly water, our boys had a lot of fun in there. During the week that we went (fall holiday) there were a lot of seniors staying there. We were hoping for a more family friendly environment hence all activities were directed to those groups.

Communication was difficult as only a couple of employees were able to speak English and therefore we had to "talk with our hands" quite often! :-P We also had an issue with our toilet seat which needed replacement and only got fixed after 3 visits to the reception even though we were told someone would come "immediately". WiFi was also a bummer. Worked well in one room and in another, there would be no signal whatsoever. On top of that, we couldn't use the connection to make calls with whatsapp and got a warning msg that this function had been disabled by the WiFi provider. We tried to explain this at the reception with no success.

The apartment with the equipment feel old and used. Breakfast was not offered, though communicated as an option.

Perfect location with friendly staff who always willing to help. A real holiday village, beautiful landscape. So much to do around. Cove des Anglais is highly suggested, less than 10 min by car.

There is no air-co in the rooms. We were lucky because it was gorgeous weather however in high season, July/ August could be a huge problem. There are also no window screens which is a must.
