Room wasn’t bad.
No hot water and TV didn’t work in the room. I paid for the stay but when I left they tried to charge my card 4 more times for the same amount!!

The bathroom was not clean. Had mold and mildew around the bottom of the tub. The water would not get hot and all the staff dated was to “let it run longer”. The refrigerator had a clanking sound that wouldn’t shut up.

Location was good. Rooms very large and clean. I didn’t need it but full size frig, large microwave, real dishes and dishwasher were all in the room. 2 beds plus a pull out sofa and there was a privacy curtain between the beds and sofa.
Pool was average. Breakfast was good. We had sausage, biscuits/gravy, egg frittata, and waffles. There was cereal, bagels, yogurt and fruit available as well.

Nothing, we did not stay after viewing lobby, hallway and room. Need assistance for refund. Were told we would receive full refund, manager would call in the morning. Have NOT received call.
Could not believe this place has Hilton name. Unfortunately for us, did not view reviews since this was a Hilton. As we were driving away checked reviews that verified leaving was the correct move.

everything seemed to be old and wore out the bed the pillows the construction in the next room was very annoying

It’s a nice place. The staff is so nice. Especially the evening front desk girl. Oh she was so helpful and very nice.
It’s a nice hotel. But the bathroom in the room wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair in the sink and on the wall. The inside of the bathroom door, yuck! It was gross. You could just see the dirt. Made you not want to touch the door but you had to. The other issue was the person who kept pulling the fire alarm at 1am. We had babies that were up all night crying cause of it.

I didn’t like the fact that they did not have emergency lights when the power went out due to a store, which made it hard to get access to the room had to walk up a staircase with no lights. How do use the phone lights to get up there I was told that I was gonna be getting a refund the date of still have not received my refund because I was on the charged

The front desk staff was not friendly, they didn’t seem to want to be there. The person who checked me in rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to clarify something! Also, not sure about the security, it seems anyone could walk in and go up the elevators especially when nobody is at the front desk.

Beds were comfortable.
There for three days and never had white milk for breakfast. Very limited items, rather stingy, gave one the impression they were saving money at the expense of their clients. Had to give 24 hr notice if you wanted housekeeping se4vices!!!
