Staff were very pleasant, very clean and tidy hotel

Loved everything about this hotel. From the vibrant colors of the lounge to the helpful & cheerful staff to the pool & gym as well of course, the gorgeous, clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was great especially the local breakfast dishes.

A nice compact hotel in the busy part of Seminyak,good breakfast and a pool at the restaurant area to sit around,the staff are very pleasant,the bed and pillows are very comfortable making an enjoyable stay

Perhaps there was reasons for no obvious evening dining maybe restaurants all nearby

The beds were super comfy and the staff were very polite, always greeting us as we came in. The rooms were cleaned daily. The pool was good and had nice deck chairs surrounding. Overall it was an okay stay for the price.

There were a few stains on the bedsheets. We didn’t choose to have breakfast with our stay (very glad we didn’t!) and one day we decided to. I paid for the breakfast and went to get some food. The food had been sitting for hours you could tell and there were flies/bugs crawling all over the fruit. The fruit juice (only one option) was really low. By this point I had been put off and didn’t want to risk eating the buffet and getting ill so I asked for my money back to which they were adamant they would make me something fresh. I refused but they brought some fruit over. My son ate some. So I asked for two sprites and they came over and asked for the money for the sprites, I asked to only have to pay for one and get mine for free as I had paid for a breakfast I didn’t eat. They said no the sprite wasn’t included in breakfast to where I had to be quite firm and remind her that I had just paid double the price of my sprite for a breakfast I didn’t eat due to there being bugs all over it. She quickly accepted and walked off but I feel like it wasn’t great customer service for me to have to argue my case after seeing the buffet in such a state. The freshly cooked food was better though. Maybe just worth not including breakfast when booking your stay, there is a lovely place to eat down the road (KYND) The spa was also closed which wasn’t stated on the website.

it was IBIS everything was the same as back in 2017. it close to Canggu and Center of Seminyak. Price was very good and reasonable

Hotel Policy should not; i repeat; SHOULD NEVER release guest name, room number nor other information to anyone regardless (unless the guest requested it) & should have facilitate for disablw person (i used cructhes and must jumped stairs from garage or entrance)
