The warm welcome from Ms Sabreen (An Amazing Human who convinced me to choose this place) , and not to forget Mr. Muhammad Shaheen ( very very helpful), Mr, Masood ( solved all my problems in little time) and Mr. Muhammad AlHarby (very co-perative) The staff Karim bhai ( very kind and particular) and Khursheed (ver very helpful), Sonar ( a very honest, humble and a very hard worker man) and Raju all of them The villa can accommodate 20 people if you have your own pillows quilts and matresses. An Excellent place to relax. New Jeddah Corniche is very close to this place. Everything was fantastic Thank you AlFanar

not enough cutlery, utensil in the kitchen for a large self catering villa. the villa only provides 4 towel per villa. even though it sleeps 7 adults. got extra by asking

Really good value, very very affordable and great value for the price. Spacious for full family and pool was good (not heated). Staff very helpful and accommodating. Access to waterfront was a mere 10 min walk but be careful there are.no safe way to cross roads in Jeddah, it's a free for all There are few local Masjids as well walking distance from the hotel. Cleaning staff was very good they cleaned on demand and lots of towels were given as well

Lack of food options nearby. Without a car at disposal it's very hard to get around Jeddah. These are not hotel faults. I suggest you get a local phone number and down load Hunger station and Careem App to get you food and transportation for this hotel. Hot water was an issue as well our main bathroom did not have hot water and lacked instructions on how to activate hot water. Laundry machines did not work either.

the staff reception attitude was unacceptable, he did not checked me in until I provide my wife’s ID which is against the rules despite the family ID I provided in the first place. Second, the pool water was rich with cloride which make allergy. Third, there was no towels, tissues, and matts in the bathroom floor
