Il posto è unico per il centro di Atene. Ha una grande piscina (30m2) sul giardino pensile privato, collegata all'appartamento tramite scale interne. Tuttavia, è nel centro di Atene, non nei sobborghi. L'appartamento è grande 160m2 e occupa l'intero terzo piano in un edificio di tre piani. Tuttavia, sembra di dimensioni doppie, poiché di solito gli ospiti trascorrono molto tempo nel giardino pensile di 160m2. L'appartamento è inondato di luce guardando gli alberi della collina e ha un bellissimo camino.

Il grande giardino pensile vede nord, sud, est e ovest. Ha aree per prendere il sole e anche aree coperte. Qualunque cosa tu possa preferire durante il giorno. È possibile cucinare o ordinare cibo e cenare a casa presso la piscina sul giardino pensile o in veranda. Puoi nuotare quando vuoi, giorno e notte, senza limiti di hotel.

The property is in a great and safe location near the U.S. embassy. The apartment occupies the third floor and rooftop of the building, including a beautiful rooftop pool and large shaded patio area surrounded by a rooftop garden. I highly recommend!

The penthouse apartment is exactly as advertised. It is a great place. It is very spacious - both the inside quarters as well as the outside areas with the beautiful pool and landscaped decks.
Dimitris is a charming host and extremely attentive and helpful. We truly appreciated him welcoming to the apartment and to the city. He gave us great suggestions of what to do and help arrange some transportation.
We found the location in the Lycabettus Hill area to be perfect. It's a lovely and peaceful area. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and highly recommend it.

We love the apartment, great place to stay. The rooftop has a great view, sitting area and pool. It was relaxing and enjoyable. Right across from a hill with a church and restaurant at the top where you can take a short hike to have even more beautiful views of the city.

What a wonderful stay we had at the Penthouse on Lycabettus Hill. The property is in a perfect location. Local restaurants, markets, shops, and bakeries are just a short walk away; all historical monuments, museums other districts are a quick uber or taxi service. The penthouse is clean, comfortable, spacious, and peaceful. We were lucky that one evening Panathinaikos F.C. (local premier/professional soccer/football team) were playing a friendly match vs. Rayo Vallecano (Spain-La Liga) the city truly came to life and the atmosphere was just amazing! Just an incredible experience to witness and be part of.
The host “Dimitris” is probably the best premier host that i have ever met through Vrbo. His communication was 5 star and he helped us with all necessary transfers to and from ATH airport. He was so welcoming when we checked in with fresh fruit, cold water, wine, and coffee. He sat us down and helped us navigate the area, went over the best places to visit and how to get there. He made us feel like we were part of his extended family. The property was perfect for us. We were a party of 6…no one under the age of 17. We were comfortable, never crowded, and the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus to help with the summer Athens heat. The A/C worked perfect and kept the house cool and comfortable during the day. Overall it was a 5 star experience. The views from the private terrace and pool area are worth the stay all within itself. Thank you again Dimitris, we will be back!!!

Nice penthouse on the top two floors of an apartment building on the east side of Lycabettus Hill (a big park across the street). It was away from the busy tourist areas but within 1/2 mile from many nice neighborhood restaurants to the west. It had easy access to the downtown sites and we were also within a 1/2 of the City-Sightseeing bus stop 8 (by the National Gallery). The penthouse was beautiful and very well furnished. The layout was nice and huge balconies everywhere! Maybe 5! The host was very welcoming and was very quick to help us with WiFi. Great location to reach popular tourist areas, only 5 euro to most places by taxi/Uber. I would definitely recommend!

Dimitri was very accomodating. He had a very nice welcome to our trip. The pool was amaizing! The only feature that needs a little work is the stairs to the pool. I think there needs to be a hand rail for going up and down the stairs as the third bedroom is upstairs. But overall the apartment is amaizing and we would highly reccomend it!

Great location just far way enough from major attractions that you could escape when it was time to relax back at the home. Backs to a park with trails for exercise or relaxation. The upstairs pool area had a great view and plenty of room to sit and enjoy the pool and surroundings. Safe to walk around. Spacious and open layout.

Best place to stay in Athens
What a wonderful stay we had here for 3 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer ! 4 adults in our party. This place is roomy and the pool and pool area really make it special. Wonderful view of the city and many plants and trees lining the whole rooftop. The apartment itself feels like home with books , pictures and ornaments everywhere. Very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and we gave the Nespresso machine a good workout :). We set out to explore Athens at 8am and got back around 3pm. So great to relax in and by the pool after a day exploring the city. We didn’t want to leave and spent two evenings there after ordering in food. Really quiet and peaceful neighbourhood directly across from all the trees on Mount Lycabettus.
Dimitris and Katerina were excellent hosts. So helpful and stocked the fridge for us on the first day !! (We took Dimitris advice and went to Cafe Avassinia - fantastic service , food and an unbelievable view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace. )
I highly recommend this penthouse for a stay in Athens. It is truly a one of a kind place!

Gorgeous Apartment Gracious Hosts
Our hosts Dimitris and Katerina were very responsive and helped us in any way they could both prior to checkin and during our stay. We checked in on a late on a Saturday and supermarkets are closed in Athens on Sunday, so they stocked the fridge full of milk, cheese, bread, etc. so that we would have breakfast the following morning. This thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. The apartment itself was a dream. The beds were comfortable, it has A/C so we could sleep well at night in our rooms, plenty off cooking supplies, laundry facilities etc. The two outdoor sitting areas and the pool at this apartment are it's BEST feature and of course we were close to all the attractions. The views were amazing and the cool night time breezes were lovely. Thank you for everything Dimitris and Katernina.

The Perfect Stay
My wife and our two teenage daughters travelled to Athens from the US. Immediately after the booking, Dimitris was very communicative and eager to make our stay perfect. He and Katerina met us at the door to check us in and gave us a full tour. The penthouse looks exactly like the pictures. The lighting and amenities are all great in this luxurious apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure was wonderful with plenty of hot water. Location was great. Quiet and upscale area within walking distance of Lycabettus hill and the best views in Athens. I’ll be recommending this spot to friends coming to Athens!

Amazing penthouse in the heart of Athens with a pool
The penthouse was spectacular! We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 children ages 9 and 11. My kids didn't want to leave the flat to explore Athens because of the fabulous private pool. The night swimming with the views of the lights of the city was perfection. After a long day of exploring Athens in the hot sun there was nothing that sounded better than cool dip in the pool. My husband and i really enjoyed the balconies to relax and unwind from all the activities in the city. The area felt safe and was just far enough away from the intense hustle of the city to make you feel at home. Dimitris was extremely hospitable and very helpful with orienting us to the local grocery store, area attractions and arranged transfer to and from the airport. He was a perfect host and has thought of all the details including enough food for breakfast and lunch, coffee, some beer and wine, shampoo, conditioner, soap, washer, dryer and a water filter. The flat is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals with ample seating options for indoor or out. I highly recommend this place and I can't imagine there being a better place to stay as a family in Athens. We made so many happy memories. Thank you so much Dimitris! This was a trip of a life time!

Awesome property!
My friends and I loved this property. It was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group of six. And, the pool and deck area were a nice treat. We enjoyed the sitting area, ate dinner outside and took advantage of the pool on a hot day. Dimitris was very accommodating and helpful and we enjoyed very much his hospitality. Great Experience in Athens!
This was such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter. We came from NY to see Athens for a few days before heading to the islands. Dimitris was an amazing host! He sent a car for us at the airport, stocked the kitchen with breakfast supplies and even helped us get opera tickets. His home is your home. He showed us on a map where to go first, second, etc. we felt instantly comfortable with him and we can’t wait to come back!

Great property, great host
At the base of Mount Lycabettus, this penthouse villa looks north (so you don't see the Acropolis from the property, but you have an expansive view of the city and mountains to the North, East, and West). It's a challenging but stimulating hike to the summit of the mountain (with several paths to the top), the highest point in Athens, and from here you see EVERYTHING (and a nice restaurant at the top for a cold beverage or libation to reward the effort). Dmitris, our host, could not have been more accommodating and friendly. He spent time with us, doing his best impression of the dad in My Big Fat Greek Wedding ("That's from the Greek word, ecos, meaning home..." haha). The apartment is very spacious, and six of us were very comfortable there for our three nights. He stocked the refrigerator for us, since we arrived on a day and time the markets were closed, and we shared a nice meal together (take-out, which he ordered from a local favorite restaurant and provided enough food for nearly three meals). We enjoyed the sun deck and pool on the top floor, the internet worked well, and, aside from a minor maintenance hiccup (which Dmitiris immediately and personally addressed) the apartment was perfection. Would definitely stay with Dmitris again!

Enchantement au cœur d'Athènes!
Ce penthouse est idéalement situé sur la colline Lycabettus. Juste une petite route à traverser et nous voilà dans la pinède habitée par les cigales où cheminent des sentiers empruntés par des promeneurs et des sportifs.
A son sommet, vue imprenable sur Athènes et coucher de soleil inoubliable.
A 10 mn à pied commerces, bars, restaurants, petite place ombragée, nous plongent dans la vie des athéniens.
Cet appartement attique est strictement fidèle au descriptif.
Rien ne manque et on s'y sont très vite comme "chez soi"
Accueil très chaleureux de Dimitri qui après la visite prend le temps de nous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants, commerces... et reste toujours disponible pour le moindre besoin.
Ah! et la piscine! Quel bonheur de la retrouver pour s'y rafraîchir au retour de nos visites.
Si vous voulez vivre à Athènes en famille ou entre amis, en dehors du tumulte de la ville, nous vous recommandons vivement cette prestation.

Garden oasis in the heart of the city
Dimitrios was an exceptional host, who met us at the house and provided an orientation to the area, trip advice and even groceries! His helpfulness really enhanced our stay - he made dinner reservations at a lovely rooftop terrace restaurant with a view of the Acropolis, arranged vans to bring us to the flat and back to the airport, and even stocked the fridge for breakfast.
The flat was filled with lovely art, all the cooking equipment we needed, and laundry facilities which were greatly appreciated. The numerous terraces, complete with lush greenery, were wonderful places to relax after a long day of sightseeing. And the pool…what a treat to return to! Watching the lights of the city over the changing colors of the pool was the perfect end to every evening.

Great location, owner involved in every aspect
This is an ideally located and beautiful property in a good area of Athens. It's situated next to a wonderful park with an overlook at the top. The owner was very detail-oriented in preparing for our stay and arranging transport to & from the airport. He was there when we arrived to show us everything and returned almost daily to replenish items of convenience and make sure that everything was okay. This property owner is involved in every aspect of your stay in Athens to make sure everything is as anticipated for both parties.

Stunning Penthouse! Best stay in Athens!!!
Dimitris, the owner, was the most accommodating host we could ever hope to have! He provided us with the most details before our arrival, met us personally at the residence for check in, printed our tickets for our ferry and had them delivered. Also, personally arranged our transfer to our ferry!!! His Penthouse with the rooftop pool was breathtaking! The Pictures cannot even do it justice! Beautiful and safe area with all the amenities you could need, and if there was anything else we needed he was only a phone call away. If you want to experience Athens to the fullest this is by far the only place to stay!

The Place to Stay in Athens
Dimitris has a wonderful penthouse where we enjoyed our recent 3-night stay in Athens. He was a very considerate and helpful host. The place was spectacular and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and patio. It was well-located with easy access to major sites. While in a relatively quiet part of the city the nearby streets could be a bit noisy at night. However the rooms are well air-conditioned and that made it comfortable to sleep while masking the noise. Another nice touch Dimitris arranges is for very nice private cars to meet you at and take you to the airport. They are only slightly more expensive than taxis but well worth using. We would highly recommend that visitors to Athens consider this penthouse. We would certainly use it again.

we were a family of 5 and the apartment was very cosy and spacious for all of us.
A real home away home. Thanks to our lovely host we had a filled fridge on arrival, so didnt have to start with grocery shopping.
Location is perfect for visiting Athens, and taxi fare is way cheaper that in other cities.

We stayed for three nights. Three bedroom, spectacular apartment, in convenient location. Absolutely wonderful owner/hosts who make you feel right at home. Private, outdoor, roof deck pool was perfect for hot summer days. This was the perfect place to stay; my family and I loved it.

Top Location - Top Host - Top City - Anytime again!
We have been there as a family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Kids from 12 to 15).
We spent 7 days - each of wich was packed with action.
Dimitris home is defenitely a premium location in Athens. Fine and functional interieur, too.
Dimitris arranged our transport from the airport - the first good service he did for us.
Even better was his recomendation for Nadja, the private city guide, that took us up to the acropolis and arrund the city for 2 days. Extremely knowledgeable and understandable!
On the final 3 days of our trip we rent a car and did the tours, that dimitris recommended to us: Cape Sounio, the Street of Corinth and Nafplio, Delphi. We were extremly touched by the athmosphere at delphi.
All in all the trip was a cool mixture of history an big city.
Very memorable - five stars!
