Девушка с ресепшен пришла и открыла пансион только после моего звонка в Booking.com , хотя я приехал за 5 минут до окончания времени заселения. Позвонить мне и уточнить, когда я приеду она не соизволила.

The reception is near the rooms and as italian love to speak loud, you ll probably wake up at 8-9 o clock, because there are people checking out. But apart from that everything was fine.
