I really love the place the apartment was big and the pool I really enjoyed it and they often changed the towels and the staff really helpful and nice

What I really hate I passed 5 days with only one bed sheet and toilet paper is a big deal , no toilet paper in the pool restroom and they lie about the gym , no gym they have to say that

I would like they put someone bilingual at the reception desk and someone that can do the job correctly.

Reception desk person, she don’t know how to treat a guest maybe because I’m black.

The apartment was really big for the price.

No hot water, no clean towels and bathroom did not work. It was just horrible having to take a shower with cold water and one bathroom working for 4 people. The apartment had a bad order.

What I like must they have smart tv in the apartment . The apartment was okay the bed could be better and I think for 2 a queen bed should be available. There was no facecloth in the bathroom. well the manager is very rude she’s not professional at all she really need improvement. I really like the stay and I could recommend it.

You pay for what you get. I stay here for convenience, location and price. Each stay is slightly different. This time we had to ask for our internet to be fixed. We couldn’t watch tv because there was no remote. The sheets had holes in them. Kitchen items weren’t there that we typically had in the past.

it’s spacious

it doesn’t have an iron, wash cloth or rag … I used a towel for rag and am asked to pay 10$… so basically they reuse towel 🤮🤮
