It was wonderful to be back to Fort Myers Beach at such a great house. The heated pool and screened in porches were enjoyed by all. Especially thankful for the safety features by the pool and porch for the little ones. It was nice the 1 year old was already competent and confident on stairs.

We have been renting at Fort Myers Beach for 10 years. This is definitely the best house yet. The description is exactly what you get and much more. This luxurious home provided plenty of privacy for all of my family. The home was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful game room. The walk to the beach was right across the street. There was an abundance of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, coolers and toys. The hot tub and pool in the backyard was great-not to mention the huge projection TV. The top floor had an amazing view with wide patio doors that open from the dining and kitchen area. All the amenities were top notch and the landlord was available to us immediately. Don't hesitate to rent. We already want to go back.

Fantastic house location and cleanliness!!

I rented this home because I wanted to have a luxurious home for my family to have privacy when needed and plenty of space for family to gather for our Christmas vacation. The home was beautiful and spacious. Privacy in the backyard was great. The 1 1/2 block walk to the beach seemed much shorter. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, coolers were plentiful. The top floor was exceptionally nice with the screened in Florida room with extra wide patio doors to open up from dining and kitchen area to look out at the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico beach. The kitchen offered everything we needed for some family sit down meals. We created a lot of family memories. Beautiful home.

We stayed in David’s house during the first week of August and it was amazing. We enjoyed Fort Myer’s Beach, but the house and it’s location was by far the best part of the trip. David was amazing to work with. He responded to my questions promptly and he went above and beyond to provide things we wanted/needed to have a great family vacation. We had 13 adults in our group and even the two guys who slept on the couches slept comfortably. We loved the screened in porch, the large dining area, the state of the art speaker system throughout the house, the big screen tvs, and especially the pool and projection tv poolside. We missed not being able to use the elevator (especially when lugging heavy luggage and groceries up three flights of stairs) that had recently been damaged by an electrical storm, but understand it couldn’t be helped. It is obvious David takes great pride in this home! Thank you for everything, David!

We had a wonderful week here and we’ll definitely rent again. This home is spacious and well stocked. Short walk to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool each evening with the projector and it was nice to enjoy music outside too. The elevator is a plus! Great house and very nice owner.

House was in excellent condition overall. Elevator suffered damage from lightning strike but we were informed of this prior to stay and kept up-to-date during stay. Somethings can’t be avoided. Overall the amenities and house condition as well as all the extras such as coolers/chairs/games/floats/beach towels/beach wagons/etc. make it a great place to vacation! Highly recommend!

The stay was everything you could ask for in a vacation house. Beautiful pool,hot tub, game room for the kids. Property manager was great.

This is a great house in a good location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and short driving distance to many other things. The house was exactly as listed, worked out perfectly for our group of 13. David was wonderful to work with, communicates well and responds promptly.

From booking to check out I give the owner and property a 10. We loved the home, amenities and location.

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with friends and family. Everything about the house was perfect for our group of 12, except for us being slow to figure out the iPad for the outdoor sound system/projector. David was quick to respond to our questions. We loved the pool; we spent a lot of time in it and lounging around it. Used the BBQ to grill some burgers. The access to the beach is great, everything we needed for trips to the beach was located in the garage. Loved the location, everything is nearby. Enjoyed the bar across the street and I think they enjoyed us too. It was simply a great time, thanks David!

This house was set up to include everything you need for a family vacation! They have a ton of supplies for the pool and beach. The location is also great - walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants and bars.

I cannot say enough great things about this house. We have a large group that has stayed here on multiple occasions. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and only a short walk to the times square area. David is great to work with and accommodated our requests. If your looking for a GREAT place to stay on FMB, look no further this place has it all.

David's house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had three generations and 14 total people. This was the cleanest, best equipped VRBO home I have ever rented! It had everything from a fully equipped kitchen to every beach toy the grandkids could want. I will definitely rent this home again!!!!

We were so pleased with this home! The location and the view from the family gathering area was wonderful! The amenities were excellent. Every guest had a beach chair and the kids had buckets, shovels, and beach toys to take to the beach. The game room and pool area was great. David was so easy to plan with. Hope we can return!

One drawback is the bar across the street can get pretty loud. But the bar is a draw for many local people. The food is good and the drinks are reasonable. The owner of the house was very responsive to questions and issues. Would stay there again.

This home is PERFECT!!!! We had 9 adults and 3 children 5 and under and everyone absolutely loved the house and the location. The pool was amazing along with the outdoor projection screen. We have rented every year for the past 5 years in Florida and this has been the best property by far. We will definitely be back!!

This house has everything you could possibly need in a house. Beach chair, pool toys, toiletries, washer dryer, close to the beach (right across the street) close to downtown area! Owner is amazing to talk to and quick to get back to your messages! We will definitely stay here again next time!

We are repeat guests! We had a wonderful vacation and the house had everything we needed for our group of 3 families. We enjoyed grilling by the pool and the big kitchen table for games. We had three 5 year olds who loved the pool and the arcade games. David was very responsive and accommodating which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

You can tell owner takes great pride in his property. Equipped well. Pool and beach gear is amazing! Tv and music throughout also great! Would stay again.

We take our children and grandchildren on a summer vacation every other summer and we have stayed at three other great homes but this is by far and away was everyones favorite. The age ranges are from 9 months to 61 years and it was perfect for everybody. The home is very well equipped, you really truly would only need to bring yourself and your clothing. Because we had two infants we did reach out to happy baby rentals and get a baby bed and high chair which worked out well. The home was very clean and the location was perfect for our family. You can walk to anything that you would want to do on Fort Myers Beach. With a large party like ours everybody has different likes and needs, some like the beach which you could walk to in less than 2 minutes and others loved the pool and jacuzzi. The projector TV out by the pool was an extra added bonus. What I liked most about the place besides everything else being perfect was that each family had their own personal space and we never felt like we were on top of each other. I love the layout and my husband loved the elevatorDavid was very responsive to any needs that we had. If you are looking for the perfect family spot on Fort Myers Beach look no further, this is definitely the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and the elevator was a real plus for one of our family members. Location to the beach was excellent and being able to relax in the pool after was great. We also had front row seats from the screened in balcony for the fireworks! Due to the holiday weekend there was quite a lot of late night partying and noise from the Loki Tiki on the corner. David, the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and would highly recommend this listing for large multi-age family/friend groups.
