5階フロアでエレベーター無しというのは事前に知らせるべき重要な問題です。それを知っていたら行かなかった。重い荷物を持って上がるのは最悪でした。

一年間で２回目の利用ですが使い勝手がよく、 夜間にチェックインし早朝にチェックアウトする旅程なので 便利で低価格であることが自分の旅行にマッチしている。

The location is really good. It was a really good value. They have vending machines with some Okinawa chu hai for a few yen cheaper than the convenience stores.

After my first night one of the staff members asked me my name and then got kind of mad saying you didn’t check you. You’re supposed to check out. I said no I leave Sunday. She said no today. I showed her my reservation and she said I’ll have to go check. She never came back. Never said it was situated. I posted a review on google and got a “sorry we had problems with our system”. But that was it and the woman who got angry with me never apologized. Which may just be her personality because the day I did check out I asked if I could leave my bag again (late flight) and she was again very stand offish like how dare you want to check a bag. I had already messaged the hostel and they told me it’s ok to leave bags (they did not say it cost 200¥ for the day which would have been nice to know). I’m not sure I will stay again.

今回子供2人を連れて利用させてもらいましたが、スタッフの方々皆さん親切で子供も退屈する事なく楽しめたみたいでとても助かりました‼︎ お部屋も綺麗にされていてリネンも清潔で快適に過ごせました(^-^)

５階に宿泊しましたが階段（最後の一段だけが妙に高さがある）キツかったくらい笑

Don't trust the reviews from the locals too much. Japanese accommodations are far over average western hostels in general, especially when it comes to the fact of cleaning. Nothing to complain about in this place.

34 beds 1 toilet on the 5th floor. Its very cheap...but homeless people stay there and workers. Not really for backpackers or a social vibe. Just a bed to sleep!!

Rooms and bathrooms on the 3rd floor were really good, but not these on 5th floor.

The bed is spacious as well as the room. There is locker for each one. The common area is great too. Near Kokusai street.

It’s not about the house, it’s about the guest staying in the house. They sleep at a very late time (2am-3am) and make noise causing me cannot sleep for 2 nights.

The place was cheap and access from the city center was good.

Many people in one room and it noisy at night (people snore).

Very good location, a 5min walk to the monorail station so very easy to explore Naha! The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. People in dorms are respectful of the quiet at night and I slept like a charm.

There's no real kitchen. You can only eat instant food (there's a boiled water dispenser, a microwave and a toaster) also there aren't even knives to cut some veggies for your instant noodles.
