The villa is very confortable and the pool is excellent. All the people working in Alisea is very kind and are always ready to help.

Fantastic hotel, the villa is very spacious and the pool is large. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is served in your villa. Overall excellent value for money.

The location is a little secluded which might be a problem if you don't have your car or bike. The hotel offers a transportstion to the city center though.

The spacious, clean villa with a lot of privacy, the large swimming pool with jacuzzi and especially the amazing staff and great service make us look back on a fantastic week in Ao Nang.

Ao Nang was not what we expected at all. The beachfront strip is packed with tacky tourist bars, restaurants and shops and a lot of pollution. Gladly the fantastic our stay at the resort made up for this.

The place is lovely, large pool, room made up every day. Fresh coconuts picked from the trees each day free of charge. Staff couldn't do enough to help. So friendly made our stay a real pleasure. Cant wait to go back. Thanks

This villa is amazing for the price we paid as five adults. All areas were clean and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was also quite good and they will make omelettes for you. The staff were friendly and helpful and if I wanted to stay somewhere quiet without the hustle and bustle of the main area of Aonang I would stay here again. It's only 3 hours via mini bus from the villas to Phuket which was very handy.

It's far out so you have to use the villas bus facilities to go to the beach, you cannot just get up and go walkabout. The pots available for cooking were quite basic, more frying pans than pots, although we didnt ask if they had anything else available. The wine glasses are also super thin and one broke in my aunts hand whilst she was washing it and it cut her. We had to pay 200thb to replace it.

Having my own private swimming pool and jacuzzi provided the perfect opportunity for sunbathing. And having complete privacy made this stay the perfect place for rest.

Not a great impression

We (family of 5 ) stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days. This villa requires fair assessment. Off location in the middle of no where. Villas and Pool itself was ok but staff lacked professionalism and sense of hospitality. Managed by very junior staff who really need training. Reception is just by noisy road...Reception area is very noisy. Suggest not to stay in the villas next to the Road. Breakfast was very limited. No Restaurant at the Hotel. Reception closes at 10:30PM. Room service is horrible. Only 2-3 items few. No Room Services after the Reception closes. Bit far from Ao Nang beach...Tuk Tuk charges 200 Baht one way each time you go out. Hotel has few shuttles but not in the evening. Small place ..No Gym. doesn't give you the feeling of full-fledged Hotel. Staff were not cooperative and understanding ...Only Physical infrastructure is not every thing ..services and hospitality is even more important. We will not choose if they do not improve in future.
