Extremely clean and well equipped room, lovely bathroom and everything was spotless. Plenty towels and toilet paper, safe and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Our room was in the basement with a very high window that opened onto ground level so didn’t feel safe to open. It felt quite dark and claustrophobic.

I was on the ground floor which felt weird for people coming by but it wasn’t a problem nobody was looking in and plenty of privacy curtains. fridge stuff a little on the pricey side. balcony is practically pointless but ok for a quick smoke.

The hotel was in a brilliant location; only a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Carlos, who went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect! The rooms were big and clean and the view from the roof was spectacular. Thank you :)

My flight was very late. I checked in around 3:30am local time. I expected this might be difficult. But it wasn't. There was someone waiting on reception and he made the checkin process very easy - as well as being very helpful and friendly. They provided a safe space for me to park my motorbike over night. The room was cleaan and spacious. The hotel was near the airport and easy to find. Top marks on every count!

tv didn’t work(only Spanish speaking channels) no facility in room to recharge iPhone , had to borrow an adapter from reception restaurant & bar closed for refurb, no breakfasts or meals available. wasn’t warned about this beforehand room was cold at night, an extra blanket was provided at my request rooftop terrace was not clean/ready for use.

My room was not clean, dust were everywhere. Also, I booked this room for one night in advance, and when I arrived (solo woman), they gave me a ground floor room right next to the entrance. I asked if there is any other room, since I don’t feel safe, and the staff just offered to upgrade for a better one for extra money. I would understand such thing, if I order last minute, but I booked long time ago, and got the worst room. Also, inside my room, the mini bar was almost empty, I arrived after midnight, and nothing to eat. No chips, no peanuts, no any kind of snack, just some drinks.

Location is ideal. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The manager Carlos is exceptional. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I honestly cannot find one fault.

Very good hotel before leaving to malaga airport. Exceeded our expectations.
