Spacious modern apartment with all mod cons provided. Quiet location but only a 10-minute walk to the CBD. Roomy and comfortable bed and lounge.
We had an issue with the hot water tap in the shower (hard to turn off) that we managed to resolve. When we contacted the hosts they were happy to arrange a maintenace visit for us on a Sunday. So they were very responsive to any issues.

La ubicación.
Lo primero que no me gustó del alojamiento es que yo elegí un apartamento y a la hora de entrar era otro. Lo que nadie dice es que debes pagar £250 antes de entrar porque sino, no te dan acceso al alojamiento. Te exigen un montón de cosas que no vienen al caso, no puedes llevar amigos al apartamento a menos de que sea una de las personas que está incluida en la estancia.
La calefacción del apartamento no funcionan, estaba muerta de frío los días que estaba hay😩😵💫
Las tazas de la cocina estaban sucias y había cristales rotos detrás del sofá.
Mi próxima vez no volvería a este lugar.

Location was perfect,Apartment was okay but sofa bed not very comfy .would definitely book 2 rooms next time .No sheet for sofa bed only quilt and pillows .
The outside and entrance to the property could do with a clean and tidy .Also a couple issues inside the property as cleaning ,dusty and kitchen blind jammed .

The apartment is exactly as in the photos; comfortable, spacious, clean, and just a little bit quirky. The beds were very comfy and the showers were fine.
The apartment is perfect for a family. The area was surprisingly quiet given its city-centre location. No issues with lots of stairs; a lift to get to your apartment and a kitchen that's perfect for preparing picnics and home-cooked meals.
Very thorough, friendly, and professional support from the management team. Thanks for the little welcome pack and a handy supply of tea bags, coffee, sugar, and milk.
We'd have loved to have stayed longer but hopefully, we'll be back!
It is a little bit of a palaver returning the key and car parking fob. But great to have a car parking space so close to the city centre. A real bonus.
A little more information about the area in which the apartment is located would have been useful.

Very central location, a well equipped apartment. It was self check in but the communication and information provided prior and during our stay was excellent. We even had a follow up feedback call after our stay.

The location and facilities are superb, spacious apartment.
some of households appliance need to be replaced ie frying pan (a bit rusted) and electric kettle needs to be cleaned properly. I do not use them since my son's friend lent theirs to me.

de locatie ligt heel erg centraal en in een zeer rustige buurt. Nagenoeg alles is bereikbaar binnen 10 minuten. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Vooral de 2de badkamer is prima. Alles was schoon en de handdoeken waar heerlijk zacht
De bedden (veren) zijn redelijk en kunnen beter. In de baskamer miste we het schampo appraat maar de houder hing er nog weel en was niet echt schoon. Een van de sleutels paste niet op de deur van het appartement.

Excellent location (5 mins to Donegal Sq.). Flat was very spacious and had all amenities needed. Beds were comfortable, showers had excellent flow, and plenty of sockets in useful places! Nice to have some washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc. left for us. And the welcome treats were a lovely touch.
Few things looked a bit tired and in need of a deep clean or spruce up (e.g. bathroom window, skirtings). However, this in no way affected our enjoyment of the flat. Also, living room was cold during the evening and we couldn't change thermostat (we were there in October during a cold spell).

Self catering apartment, clean and had everything that was needed. Excellent central location but also a quiet neighbourhood and near to pubs, bars and restaurants. Travelling with a friend so good to have the apartment space.
We initially booked a 2 bedroom apartment but it became unavailable and so we were swapped to this one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge. My only criticism was that the sofa bed was very hard to sleep on.

I wish there was a front desk area or something from 9-5 maybe and the outside/court area was a little shady looking/needs updating but the rooms were nice.

The location was simply excellent and the accommodation was totally as described with loads of cleaning products, crockery and cutlery, clean and warm. Parking was perfect too. Overall there was nothing to fault and we'd stay again. Communication was super including a phone call to walk us through getting access and checking up to ensure everything was OK. Bottle of wine and Tayto was a nice touch 😋. And the deposit came back within hours to my account. Highly recommended 👌

Spacious for 2, quiet despite being in large block. Lift to take self catering provisions to 5th floor was very welcome.
Shower above bath broken but en suite shower fine, couldn't use dishwasher as tablet was squished into reservoir on arrival ( cleaned out but tablet didn't release & dissolve on next cycle). Clear map for location of lobby door from car park would have been helpful.
Repeated email requests for info already sent was confusing.

Property very close to the city, on arrival there was a small welcome pack with tea and coffee and a bottle of wine plus some crisps.
The property was very clean
The apartment was better than the inner courtyard which you see after getting out of the lift - don’t be put off by this first impression
Two of the radiators didn’t work and the thermostat was locked at 21 deg therefore two rooms were cold. There were only 2 wine glasses and 4 other glasses these had obviously been broken previously but were never replaced.
The paintwork was looking tired and there were other things that stop this apartment being marked higher. e.g plug in bathroom not working and also the mattress were past their best

Very spacious and close to city centre. Easy check in and out. Great space indoors and nicely decorated had everything you will need for a good stay.
Floors need a good scrub not just a sweep or light mop as they were quite dirty. Top of plugs etc don’t seem to have been dusted for many many months very thick with dust. These things make a big difference.
Also need to invest in a good quality mattress. It’s what makes people return.

The information from Citygate on the apartment and how to obtain access was very good and they rang to ensure we had received the code etc for the lock box.
If the keys had actually worked it would have helped however as soon as we rang Citygate they quickly resolved the first issue as luckily they had a person in situ sorting other apartments out. Second issue, even after the allowed check in time the property wasn't ready for us, however the person resolving the access issue quickly resolved that too, poor girl was having a nightmare with us but she was very professional and polite and sorted the issues. The third issue we could only access Youtube on the tv.

the apartment is located within very old building. the pictures don’t show this.
The checkin procedure is a bit difficult as it was hard to find a car park to get out and get keys and find then the garage fob in the apartment itself. We had to double park the car whilst my wife tried to find everything.

Getting the keys from the lock box was difficult. To put the keys back in the lock box we and the people next to us had to call the office. The office had to sent someone to open our lockbox.

The accommodation is nice and spacious
My first impression of getting into the apartment is that it doesn't look attractive on the outside and it looks dull. False photos of other buildings were taken, which looked completely different compared to the building I stayed in. The windows of one of the rooms were shut. There was duct tape on the window's making ventilation difficult as there was a lack of air in the bedroom.

Our parking spot was at the opposite side to the car park to the entrance, which meant a lot of baggage being carried a long distance
