It was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was well appointed and warm. Welcome goodies were left on counter for us and the staff were extremely helpful by phone with any queries

The apartment is great but the landlord does not manage the whole building so cannot control how other tenants behave. The day we arrived the stairwells were all wet and dirty and the approach to the unit is via a grim looking courtyard but it’s no big deal, the unit is good and a nice city sanctuary. The mattress in the master bedroom is broken on the left side and needs replacing.

Spacious modern apartment with all mod cons provided. Quiet location but only a 10-minute walk to the CBD. Roomy and comfortable bed and lounge.

We had an issue with the hot water tap in the shower (hard to turn off) that we managed to resolve. When we contacted the hosts they were happy to arrange a maintenace visit for us on a Sunday. So they were very responsive to any issues.

Lo primero que no me gustó del alojamiento es que yo elegí un apartamento y a la hora de entrar era otro. Lo que nadie dice es que debes pagar £250 antes de entrar porque sino, no te dan acceso al alojamiento. Te exigen un montón de cosas que no vienen al caso, no puedes llevar amigos al apartamento a menos de que sea una de las personas que está incluida en la estancia. La calefacción del apartamento no funcionan, estaba muerta de frío los días que estaba hay😩😵‍💫 Las tazas de la cocina estaban sucias y había cristales rotos detrás del sofá. Mi próxima vez no volvería a este lugar.

Location was perfect,Apartment was okay but sofa bed not very comfy .would definitely book 2 rooms next time .No sheet for sofa bed only quilt and pillows .

The outside and entrance to the property could do with a clean and tidy .Also a couple issues inside the property as cleaning ,dusty and kitchen blind jammed .

The apartment is exactly as in the photos; comfortable, spacious, clean, and just a little bit quirky. The beds were very comfy and the showers were fine. The apartment is perfect for a family. The area was surprisingly quiet given its city-centre location. No issues with lots of stairs; a lift to get to your apartment and a kitchen that's perfect for preparing picnics and home-cooked meals. Very thorough, friendly, and professional support from the management team. Thanks for the little welcome pack and a handy supply of tea bags, coffee, sugar, and milk. We'd have loved to have stayed longer but hopefully, we'll be back!

It is a little bit of a palaver returning the key and car parking fob. But great to have a car parking space so close to the city centre. A real bonus. A little more information about the area in which the apartment is located would have been useful.

Very central location, a well equipped apartment. It was self check in but the communication and information provided prior and during our stay was excellent. We even had a follow up feedback call after our stay.

The position to the cathedral quarters was good. Apartment was clean Had everything we needed. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice gesture Car park was excellent

Could do with a coat hanging rail on wall in hallway. No BBC on TV Entrance area needed redecoration

Great location, walking distance to most places! Apartment was very clean and had no problems at all.
