Very comfy beds

Was a great house for a group ensuite rooms was brilliant place was lovely and clean and heat was on making a wonderful welcome

Toilets were had to flush at times and took along time to fill up. In morning the top bedrooms had either no weather or very little we just used other bathrooms

The house was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. The hose is around the corner from Queens Universiy and was perfect for our stay as a family of 8.

No hand soup is available, and only one roll of toilet rolls in each bathroom

allowed a group of us to have our own space on a city break.

the lounge area was very small and the sofa wasn’t very comfortable

wifi didn’t work. One of the toilets didn’t flush. I contacted the owner, but no action was undertaken.

Very comfortable and clean beds

Very welcoming staff, my daughter forgot her teddy bear and the staff have very kindly posted the bear home to us.

Room sizes were great with a big table in the kitchen for everyone to sit around

The shower upstairs didn't work

Big clean house with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a big communal area for the sitting room/kitchen. Free street parking outside the house.

The front door could be difficult at times to open, it takes a few goes with the door code. Some repairs needed in the house - window handles missing, handles from shower doors fallen off, hole in kitchen ceiling, bin lids in bathrooms broken and fall off when you open them. The lock on the window in the kitchen was broken, meaning someone outside could push the window up easily enough which isn't great for security/safety

Comfy sized rooms with plenty of gathering space for our large group.

Location perfect, house was great, bed comfortable, I would 100% stay again.

Top floor showers didn't work properly. Went hot to cold to hot again. For 10 people staying s bigger fridge would be better. Definitely wasn't enough space in it. Heating system could do with an upgrade but only minor complaint.

Clan and tydy

Showers did not work properly with no hot water. We were in Belfast to run the marathon hence showers were very important afterwards.

The space was excellent for our group of 11 on a hen party. Location was fabulous. 10 minute stroll to city centre & lots of cafes & restaurants on way

I stayed in room on top floor which was ensuite. Shower kept going scalding hot to cold in seconds. As there were 4 bathrooms just used another shower

The size of the property plenty room for our group and beds were comfy

Emailed host to let them know the property wasn't clean but no reply. Our feet were absolutely filthy from the floors, the showers were not clean and the smell from drainage was disgusting. We were a quilt short not enough cutlery to accommodate the amount of people it holds. The ironing board broken only 1 leg on it.No dishtowels, no bin bags, no spare toilet rolls. The frying pan so rusty you couldn't use it. The TV is filthy covered in hand prints ect You would think with it being a pandemic these things would be spotless and have soap and sanitisers available. The area is not good either very run down. I wouldn't normally complain but because I messaged the host donna and no reply I feel its only fair to write it here. I have came home a day early
