The room and the bathroom were clean

Everything. First of all we booked a B & B accomodation, which means that someone will come and serve BREAKFAST. But no one came and I had read reviews about people who were helped etc.etc. We had to open the door by our mobile (we bought extra data to make it happen).After payment we found out that we had to reach 1st floor (30 steps) without lift! So we had to change our luggage, to be able to carry them upstairs, as we are both not young. The "Palace" as it was mentioned in e-mails, is a very old building and when the taxi driver who brought us from Fiumicino Airport managed to find it, he was completely shocked! Imagine us. The Wi-Fi password wasn't correct. I tried it any possible way. In the flat we didn't feel safe at all. Anyway if young people want to stay there, it's their own option. BUT everyone who wants to book a room must know all the details IN ADVANCE and then decide accordingly.

the young lady who was the inn keeper was very helpful and she opened the door for us then later on drove us to the train station.

My clients Sandra Radoja and family found the unit was not clean Bugs in the bed and on the floor. Tub in bathroom was dirty. Very disappointed in the property.

Very nice space and very chic 💝. Comfortable beds 🛏️ & pillows, nice technology to enter in the building and in the room. The host was very prompt and send us all the information we needed.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good with proximity to restaurants and a pharmacy for Covid testing- transatlantic cruise requirement.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner/fan did not work.There were no drinking glasses provided. The worst part was that there were 28 steps up to the room from the street. That’s not easy when you are 67 years old and you are lifting two 50 lb. suitcases. Lits if street noise.

bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable but only one night and ideal for a pre-cruise stay.

Bed pillows were flat! There was only one cover for the bed.

The service is impeccable. We had a dental emergency on a Sunday and Federica was so attentive and helpful. She found us a dentist that saved our trip! The location of Casa Lina is excellent and within walking distance of all sites.

My stay was short but I love the place, the host was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities, the room, everything was extremely clean,the property is also close to other near by attractions,I enjoy my time in the tub as well, it is very spacious and Im 6ft 3in tall 😄, I would Definitely visit again when I'm back civitavecchia, Thanks for a wonderful stay !!

it was perfect for what we needed. close to the station and the main Centre of the town. comfortable bed and working air conditioning. And we could bring our dog 😄

Breakfast included in the stay would be great as it was not included.

Federica is very pleasant and easy to get along with. She assisted us with transportation from the airport, to the port and also after the cruise, she was able to get us transport from port to airport. This is goes above and beyond providing us with lodgings. The location is within walking distance to everything we needed. Having access to laundry facilities is a huge bonus to our stay.

I would be hard pressed to find anything that I didn't like about our stay.

Casa Lina is a small boutique property well located in Civitavecchia. The owners are very helpful and attentive for our needs including escorting us for a pre cruise Covid test. We were impressed by the personal attention and would book again if in the area.

The property is on second floor and no elevator if one has mobility issues.

Very clean and quiet room, modern decor and great seal on the window to keep external sound out.

The internet went out in the middle of the night, and no one was available to help us fix it. Someone should be available to fix this kind of problem.

Great location near the harbour. The room was quiet and the beds were nice and comfortable. Host was great and accommodating.

The host has been kind and responsive. The king room was exactly as expected. The location is good: in the city center, few meters away from a public car park. We were also provided vouchers for coffee and croissant at the nearby cafe.

The host was excellent. She was very helpful throughout. The unit was okay for our needs.

We could not use the pillows; they had an unpleasant smell. The shower door needs fixing to prevent water flooding the toilet after each bath.
