De locatie op zich is echt schitterend, de kamers zijn netjes alleen zouden men naar de bedden moeten gaan kijken om die te vervangen.

Vanwege de vele huisdieren , vooral kippen en hanen is de locatie wel heel erg vuil. Tevens vind ik de gastvrouw ( die daar rond liep ) ver van vriendelijk en soms zelfs heel brutaal . Door de hanen is slapen wel wat lastig. Afgelopen weekend waren ze met een nieuwe parkeerplaats bezig waardoor parkeren echt een drama was …. Op dit moment zijn de foto’s van de site niet de realiteit…

Beautiful location close to Eijsden and Maastricht. Nice area for hiking and cycling.

Although we liked the (spacious) accommodation it was not clear to us at time of booking that it was at 1st floor (no balcony). We were confused by description 'access to garden' and had expected direct access to (green - although not stated as such -) garden which was in fact free access to mostly paved courtyard and less suitable for toddler. Also 'private outside' at ground floor had place for 4 while house was booked for 8. Notwithstanding the above we had great time but would recommend to make clear in description of the accommodation the above to avoid disappointment. Also bring earplugs. roosters have an early and noisy start of the day.
