Дом расположен в жилом комплексе который огорожен по периметру, поэтому было удобно и безопасно отпускать ребенка погулять во дворе.

Хозяйка квартиры была совершенно неприветлива и недальновидна. Главная причина по которой я выбрал именно этот вариант проживания - была бесплатная подземная парковка. В названии отеля так и было написано, "апартаменты с паркингом в цене". После бронирования хозяйка тот час же потребовала оплату за парковку, на мой вопрос почему ответила просто - это вина booking и все вопросы к ним. Когда я потребовал отмены бронирования хозяйка предупредила, что деньги вернуть после отмены не получится. Я оплатил паркинг за один день так как у меня не было выхода и хозяйка специально в 22:33 пришла проверять не стоит ли моя машина на этой парковке и после чего начала закидывать меня сообщениями в вотсап с требованием оплатить последующие дни. С фотографиями моей машины. Я считаю писать гостям в ночное время - показатель не самого лучшего воспитания, особо когда она знает что у нас годовалый ребенок. Я почти всегда возвращаюсь в те же места где уже побывал, если они мне понравились, так как путешествую часто по одним и тем же маршрутам, но это однозначно не тот случай и никому из близких я это место для проживания не посоветую.

Clean big apartment with all the facilities needed. Excellent location.

Basic Ikea furniture specifically the bed, Its a bit noisy and not very comfortable. This is unfortunately nowadays common with apartment rentals.

very nice location, with inner courtyard, fun and hip neighbourhood, easy check in, good price.

it was quite basic, but for this price it was perfect for our overnight stay.

The location is good, the owner was nice. I didn't have a problem finding the apartment and the booking process went smooth and it is automated well. Good TV and the internet connection.

The room itself and the equipment was in a bad condition. Dirty walls, rusty kitchen equipment, dirty couch and (I think) broken bed or a really bad matress. Front doors hard to lock and unlock... etc.

the only downside was that the apartment was very bare without the little necessities that are usually in an air bnb. for example- washing machine but no soap. no coffee or small things that you would typically find in any hotel / air bnb

Apartment is nice but building site behind spoilt stay.

Hugh building site behind flat with site starting work 7.00am banging, drilling etc. No warning on site.

Apartment layout was fine, all appliances and parking very useful.

The description failed to mention a large ongoing building site near the apartment with views onto the site and workers commencing 07.00am! Felt I was at work.

Very comfortable apartment for few nights stay. Playground for kids in the yard is awesome (many toys to play with sand) and underground parking rules!
