L’emplacement en bord de mer est parfait, totalement au calme, une piscine propre, nous avions la chambre pour 5 avec des espaces agréables pour chacun, le + les petites couchettes sur les balcons

The location was excellent and there were turtles everyday out the front! Amazing staff that always made sure I was happy and remembered my name!

There bed was abit uncomfortable but apart from that everything else was great.

Everything. Best location on the island. Out of the wind, gentle water without strong currents for snorkeling. Turtles every time we looked for them. Very lovely staff. The place has an older authentic style. I felt like I was on an Indonesian island rather than a big, could-be-anywhere resort. The pool is shaded by big, old trees - and is a calming spot on a hot day. Easy to get everywhere by bicycle or horse and cart. No motorbikes, cars or scooters!

Room very dark. I asked for a quiet room upon arrival. The manager said that you dont hear anything here except for some people walking by. Well that was not the case. From 8 in the morning until late at night the bar restaurant next door was blasting loud pop music. Could not hear myself think. When I asked the manager if he could speak to the neighbors about it ,he said he could not and was clearly not interested to help. The hotel itself is in a state of disrepair and depressing.

In a quiet area. There's nothing around it. The beach is empty.

1. WiFi is spotty and mostly not work in the room. I need wifi for work and plan for the next destination. Without wifi is simply not an option. 2. Lots of mosquitos. The room is not sealed. There are gaps in the windows and on the roof that you can't see in the pictures. Getting lots of mosquitoes bites while in the bathroom. Compared to my friend's hotel which also has an open bathroom concept but it has no misquitoes. 3. Room is dirty and dusty. You simply wouldn't put your clothes on the table or the shelves because they will get dirty. 4. The location is very hard to walk to the main area for food and cafe. You will have to walk through mud and water. And there's no light at night on the road so cannot go out food after dark. 5. When I was sitting on the balcony, they were burning stuff. Simply couldn't enjoy my time sitting on the balcony. 6. When I arrived, they did not know I booked the room through booking.com. The manager has to call someone else to verify. Which means the room was not prepared ahead of time for my stay.

What I liked the most is that it was very close to the sea, so you could hear the waves in the morning

Quite..no roosters, no 4.30am wake up calls from the Mosque. Close to some nice restaurants. Sunsets side of island. Cool pool. Beach on your doorstep. Large bed and large bathroom with hot water. Very comfortable outside patio with lounge bed.

Swimming at beach only easy at higher tides but if you have a bike, no problems and only a couple minutes ride to easier beach access. No longer around pool when I was there but they do have them out front near beach

If you are looking for a place with personality this is the hotel for you: the architecture and decor here are stunning. It feels completely different from any other place on the island. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they provide any tipe of service that you might need, from bikes rental to laundry. The place is also quiet and relaxed, but still close to all the best spots.

The manager/staff were really genuine and we had lots of heart-to-heart talk with them. The tropical bungalow we stayed in was huge and comfy for the price we paid. Last but not least, take a swim in the pool and get mesmerized by the vast nature that surrounded you is a must during your stay there! 🤩

Not much!

Very cosy and quiet place with huge terass. The ovner was very helpfull and nice. AC was brand new and working properly. Snorkeling here is perfect, we saw some turtles every day.

We locked the main door of the room, but the window on terass can be open anytime without any problems.

The staff was very attentive and kind. Fabulous location close to the beach (but difficult to get to the main town area). Calm and peaceful

- a lot of insects on the first night - the floor was full of ants - sheets and towels stained - the cabin was really old and doesn’t really feel clean - lots of spider webs and mold everywhere - feels very underinvested, the owner should at least buy new towels and sheets

Not to many food options around unless you rise a bike but the property does a amazing breakfast so that was a bonus
