The location of the apartment is in a beautiful quiet area within a very short 5 minute walk to a beach and the glorious passeggiata Anita Garibaldi. The garden of the apartment is delightful. The double bed is very comfortable.

There were a few minor things that could have been better in the apartment: 1) the fridge leaked water 2) the toilet seat is broken and needs to be fixed 3) the single beds in the children's room are unstable and not appropriate for adults 4) the microwave did not work and caused the electricity to fuse 5) although there is an iron we could not find an ironing board

Not very clean and a lot of broken things in the house. This would not really have been a big problem, but it is weird we had to pay a cleaning fee of 80 euros and a deposit of 250 euros for this. Unfortunately we had to leave after some days because close family unexpectedly died and it was not possible to make any arrangement concerning the remaining 8 nights. Though this is according to their conditions we feel this is too strict.
