The windows didn't open unless held open with something. When closed could still here everything outside. Could do with a small table next to the bed.

Location is very good and staff are very nice room is good value for money near train station bars shops ect

To many stairs to climb ok if your on the first floor but when old with disabilities the second and third floor there’s a lot of stairs to climb there’s no lift .asked for first floor by booking .com and booked months in advance are request was not met .

Good central location, clean & value. Pillows comfortable, staff friendly & helpful.

No mirror apart from small one in bathroom making drying & stying hair difficult. Poor layout of placement of sockets. Needs a shelf near bed as charging phone it had to rest on mattress. Very slippy plastic shower tray, almost fell over! Mattress dipped in middle so no support.

Location is good. All main attractions are at the walkable distance and there is bus stop close by as well. Its a budget hotel so no complaints on the room size and the cleanliness they provide but there are lots of scope to improvement.

FYI - if you are with heavy luggage then be careful, There is no escalators. All the rooms are @ 1st floor and above. You have to carry your luggage in stairs till the first floor. Staff was kind of okay. There is one young male staff, he was bit rude and didn't behave well. There is lot of noise from the below bar and we could feel the sound vibration in the room with the one year old infant its difficult to sleep. So when I requested this staff to ask the bar to reduce the noise. He didn't seems to be interested and just for the namesake he went and came back but the noise wasn't reduced. Finally I told him - I had to complain to police, if the sound not getting reduced ever after 11 p.m. The sound got reduced around 10.45 p.m.

Superb location. Room excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. My 3rd stay says it all.

Nothing. Everything worked perfectly. Obviously, care taken to optomise. So much effort taken to enhance a small room.

The location

We had a broken window that would not close. This meant we got to listen to club music blaring until 2/3am and all the drunken antics after in the street. There were no curtains other than some roller ones to give you some modesty from the street so we were then woken up at 6 with the sun. We were given 1 pillow each and the room was so small you could hardly open the door to get into the bathroom, anyone with mobility issues would have had a real problem

check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was worn. One of the vertical blinds was missing and you couldn't shut the blinds at night. There were no blinds in the upper windows. Not all the plug sockets and USB points were working. The single beds were both lumpy with springs sticking out of the mattress. On one of the beds they had tried to cover the spring with a mattress topper but it wasn't comfy. There was three wall lights, only one was working and one didn't have a bulb in at all.
