We are still waiting for some compensation following our complaint of your property. We selected this property based on the hot tub that was advertised. We found that it had been broken for 1 year. The furnishings in the appartment were extremely basic. Very disappointing and not at all what we were expecting given the 'deluxe' description of the property. We have completely overpaid for the experience.

Good location that was accessible to the slopes, ski hire and supermarket. The apartment was really spacious, spotlessly clean and provided a lovely space to relax and socialise. The outside space was beautiful with mountain views and fresh air. It was nice to be met by our contact (Alizee) with info about the area and keys etc.

The apartment lacked a few finishing touches like pictures on the walls, soft lighting/ lamps etc to make it more homely. We also had to ask three times for a hair drier in spite of having been told there was one. We were a party of 6 but there were only 5 wine glasses and 5 large plates. We were expecting the hot tub to be working but it was not which was a shame.

The apartment was really spacious with very comfortable beds and nice warm showers. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room area were great for the big group we were.

The jacuzzi advertised was not working which was disappointing and there was no hairdryer
