Location easy access to places

The air conditioning didn't work in the room with queen size bed and owner kept lying about it thinking I didn't know better because I was a woman. Also the wifi sucked he need to get flow service for higher broad band he has the cheapest wifi. I had to walk to Starbucks to use my phone. He also lied about just call and he'll come out once he get the money you never hear from him again the host/owner He never came to replace blown lightbulb in bathroom in queen size bedroom where air conditioner didn't work.

Location was good, house was poorly kept. Filthy dirty. No working stove, no working refrigerator. Kettle was coroaded and unsanitary. Sheets were very old, furniture is broken and need cleaning. No working remote for the TV. We called to let him know our findings but he never responded to us. He's very disrespectful

The TV in the bedroom not working and the AC in the other bedroom wasn't working so all of us had was to share the same room away from that everything was great

Location and security were pluses

The water pressure is very low, this is definitely the case for the shower, at certain times there’s only a trickle.
