The attitude of some.staff member who was assigned to clean. The bed seems old and makes as such uncomfortable

property needs major renovations. wifi poor. furniture not enough for four people . generator right next to the unit, could not sleep. had to cut our holiday short

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

The suite was very noisy, late into the night and early in the morning. It was also very hot as the air conditioners weren't working. The cleaning agents that they used made the whole apartment smell like a car that had been serviced, very unpleasant.

The shuttle service

We got lost to get the reception, then one of the guys from Hotel assistied us, will prefer next time when we arrive we can get some boards that will direct us to the reception or getting anyone who can welcome us and give us the directions

The apartment was next to the entrance and very noisy. Could not explore Zimbali only by shuttle service and did not know that beforehand. Could not braai. No see view.

terrible - feels like a prison! a million useless security rules; they take your finger prints on arrival and then you still have to go through drama everywhere you go; no access to most areas; can’t even exit the damn place wherever you want; the unit was tired and dirty; black mould on the bathroom ceilings; stained furniture everywhere; crappy service!
