היינו קבוצה של חמש משפחות. קיבלה את פנינו האחראית על המקום ועשתה הכל כדי שנרגיש בנוח. הסבירה על כל החדרים ועל כל המתקנים. יש בריכה מקורה ויחסית גדולה, ויש ג׳קוזי גדול ומפנק. החדרים מתוארים בדיוק כמו בתמונות. נכון - זה לא המקום הכי מודרני ומשוכלל, או מלון חמישה כוכבים, אבל המתחם והחדרים נקיים מאוד, מאובזרים מאוד והמחיר הוגן ומתאים מאוד לקבוצות גדולות. לגבי המיקום - המרחק לכנרת הוא בדיוק 10 דקות נסיעה 20 מטר מהמתחם יש סופרמרקט. תודה רבה על האירוח
היה פחות מתאים שהנקיון של הבריכה והג׳קוזי קרה אחרי שכבר היינו במקום. - אבל ממש בטקנה
והיה חסר קצת יותר הסבר על מה שיש לעשות, לקנות ולאכול בסביבה.

Great location, comfy and clean rooms, has all the needed facilities. The host was very nice.

- Zimmer has 2 rooms and it is perfect with kid
- kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple things
- the pool was fantastic
- relaxing atmosphere
- from Arbel room fantastic view to the mountains
- jacuzzi and sauna are nice
- good separation between zimmers, you almost do not see other people
- could not understand how to make the door not to be locked.
- sauna is heated only to 60 degrees, it is infrared sauna (not real one) still nice to relax

Very accommodating. Lovely pool, hot tub and sauna. There was a lovely hot shower. Tea and coffee stuff in the kitchen.

The pool was great (bigger than anticipated) and the rooms were incredibly clean. Ayelet was very helpful at checkin and the location in migdal is great. The kids wished they could live here
Beds are Israeli style (foam) instead of spring mattresses.

The tzimmer had a great view, privacy and was good taken care of. Also it had a nice bathroom with toilet and shower, and in the bedroom the 1p bubble-bath. The public swimming pool was verry nice and clean and in the shade.
Something verry small. The big Jacuzzi we couldn't use. (But it has a great bubble bath in the tzimmer, but thats just for 1 person)

The location was fine.the pool and jacuzzi are fine as well
The owner demanded a tax of 17% from us when it said on the booking that only Israeli citizens should pay it..this is not the first time we traveled and stayed on hotels, so we know we don't need to pay this tax, but he demanded it strongly even telling us we should leave if we don't pay... Mind you this is the middle of the night in a place we don't know...and we were all girls...the window in 1 room doesn't close so we have to scoop in to the other one...

Location is excellent, the house is very big, and the outside is beautiful with many sitting place and BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the pool is heated
The place is a bit old and some areas of the house were not very maintained (broken window).
The PH level in the pool was too high and it created sensitivity in the children skin

Locating in a spectacular area with the mountain Arbel on one side and Kineret lake in 5km only.
Highly recommend the place
