I have stayed in the flat before and would heartily recommend it. It's conveniently located for trams to the city centre, in a quiet residential area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious living and sleeping areas, with a well-equipped kitchen. Warm and comfortable to stay in.

Christine met us at the property, so nice and easy. Wonderful apartment with small balcony overlooking common area. Actual building is old and full of style. Extremely quiet, the noisiest thing were the old wooden staircases (but this was part of the charm). Close to bakery and Aldi.

Lighting was not brilliant in kitchen, could do with some lights underneath the cupboards to illuminate the working areas, cooker, sink better.

This was a great apartment I stayed here for 17 nights. It was good to be met on arrival. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with very good facilities, had everything I required for my stay. It was in a great location close to trams, shops and parks.

It was all great. No problems at all.
