Fantastic location and the property has lift which was great as it’s on the 3rd floor. Homely studenty feel. Lovely hosts

Kitchen is really basic. No kettle no small kitchen knives so preparing food was messy. The floors in the apartment were not very clean, our feet were black walking around barefoot. Very noisy street and lots of late night people partying noise and early morning vehicles.

The windows seems not quite sound-proof so it might be a little bit noisy at night. But it’s very good in general.

Excellent location, close to all the key sites. A lot of great cafes and restaurants, as well as street food in the market stalls. Walking distance from the train station, and an easy walk as well. The apartment is very well set up, with a large bedroom and bathroom, and a very pleasant living/dining room. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, and Fabio provided a coffee machine and capsules. Communication with Fabio was excellent, and Fabio greeted me at the apartment and pointed out everything I needed to know for a comfortable stay. There was also a lot of information about what to see in Vicenza, which was very good and saved a lot of time. Despite being at the very centre of things, the apartment is very quiet, except for some jollity on weekend nights. Even that does not continue much past 11:00 pm. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment.

A stove-top or electric kettle would be good, for making tea or hot chocolate. Otherwise, everything was great.
