Beautiful home and Candido was awesome, responsive to all our questions and helped get us around the island. The reef is closer than we thought and it was so easy to paddle there with the kayaks!

There was a large amount of sargasso this year around the island which made the water off the beach unusable. The property did a great job keeping it off the sand, but it built up around nearby properties and left a horrible stench.

Everything about Solaria I is amazing. The house is far enough out of town to be private, but not so far that it is hard to run in and get what you need/want. Elena is awesome and right there for anything you need. Candido (the groundskeeper) is ready to accommodate anything requested. They keep the grounds perfectly manicured. In my eight trips to San Pedro, this was by far the easiest as far as the accommodations. I will definitely recommend Solaria I to others.

Elena was on holiday during the time that we were there. Simon [in her absence] could have been a little more proactive in reaching out to us to communicate excursion details. I had to contact him and sometimes it was the last minute before we knew what we needed to do in order to be ready for the things we planned.
