The apartment was clean and comfortable we had everything we needed and it was in a quiet neighbourhood.We also had our own parking space which was great.

We did find the sofa bed very uncomfortable and eventually had to use the sofa on it's own.

The beds were very uncomfortable and felt very cheap. Beds are key for a good night's rest.

This serviced accommodation was absolutely perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable and the apartment was immaculate with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Would stay again

Location, close to station, quiet, host staff were efficient and helpful. General cleanliness was good (but issues with kitchen utensils).

Kitchen wasn’t fully equipped and utensils were dirty: some pans didn’t work on the induction hob, most utensils needed to be re-cleaned. Lacked some basics such as salt / pepper and dish-washer tablets, oven glove or dish cloths. Mattress springs starting to push through. Shower head so low you couldn’t stand under it.

Beautiful new flat, nicely decorated, spotless clean, fully equipped kitchen, very cozy in a quiet area. Very good shower. The welcome pack with drinks, snacks and luxury toiletries were really a nice touch! Home away from home!

There was pet hair on the bedsheets. The mattress could be better.
