The hotel itself was very nice and a big upgrade to the old Hotel Öresund in a different building. Beds were comfy and the view on the harbor was nice. I liked the little balcony to get some air too. Breakfast selection was very good.

Reception staff could have been a bit more friendly.

Location is perfect, peaceful, breakfast was perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful with information, we needed. So sorry I did not have more time to enjoy, but the meaning of the journey was completed and did fulfil my expectations.

At dinner... salads... missed balsamic vinegar and olive oil, so you can make it taste good, why it is very good for your health;)

The garage is the only thing going for them and the rooms are reasonably warm compared to many other places in Sweden in the winter. The internet is also ok.

This was the last time ever. I had already booked it for our return trip and was too lazy to cancel. This time, around, unlike the previous Sunday, the restaurant was open. What a joy! I hadn't seen a rude server in a long time! She was not even remotely pleasant. She was apparently not pleased that I ordered a charcuterie board after I had the fish. I hadn't eaten the whole day and I don't like wasting food. I had no clue how big the fish was going to be. I decided I still wanted a little something to share w my partner. She disagreed and then rudely came and slammed a fresh napkin and the cutlery. I had to ask for a second set for my partner... This time we paid over 250 for the room and we were still left to wait to check in because the only receptions was on the phone. My partner is Swedish himself and rather patient but even he was done with them by the end of the day. While the garage is nice, from now on it is Malmo for us.

Plastic hotel that feel a need to charge for everything and overcharge for suites that are identical to rooms downstairs. Things you’d expect to be included as entrance to spa needed to be paid for. Spa not that exciting.

The hotel is dedicated to geriatric guests, who has very limited expectations and are nearly not aware where they are. For this purpose this hotel is quite good, they are traveling by bus and are not demanding at all. Probably the only positive thing in this hotel is breakfast. But do not expect good coffee, it is not available.

There is not enough car park spaces, so the receptionist told me in the rude manner to look for parking in the city. I found one in such a distance it required to order a taxi to get back and forth and spend additional 220 SEK. In Landskrona are numerous limitations for parking on the streets. The receptionists were very rude and unpleasant, using raised voice and not taking any responsibility on behalf of the hotel. They did not react to my complaints about dirty room and lack of the disinfection of the toilet. I travel a lot, but very rare using Booking.com. In case of Sweden, it is difficult to get direct contact with the hotel. It makes confusions, because the description in Booking.com does not reflect the real status of the hotel. I do not hesitate to name this hotel as the worse I ever experienced in my life. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel.

Spacious room, wonderful balcony. The on-site restaurant and bar is high class with skilled and friendly staff. Beautiful views over the marina.

Some kind of computer crash occured at checkin, which made checkin very slow. Hopefully this was only temporary.
