Esecutivo residenza di famiglia e animali domestici in una zona tranquilla 1. 5 km dal CBD e dal famoso distretto artistico di Bendigo. Circa 1,7 km dal centro commerciale. L'ingresso ha una stanza per gli ospiti, prima camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, passeggiata in veste di reparto che conduce in un bagno privato con servizi igienici. Dall'ingresso cinque gradini per un pianerottolo superiore c'è un salotto pianificato a pianta aperta con due posti a sedere e una sala lounge a quattro posti. TV con DVD blu ray e un fantastico schermo di proiezione da guardare TV, connessioni per Netflix, Apple TV ecc. In tutta comodità, proprio come i film. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 8 persone e una cucina completamente attrezzata con stoviglie, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, dispensa separata e zona lavanderia separata. Asciugatrice e lavatrice disponibili per l'uso con tutti i prodotti per la pulizia forniti. C'è una scala che porta ad una zona studio alcova, seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadi a muro e una terza camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadi a muro con balcone, vasca e bagno privato. Il cortile ha un ambiente esterno con un giardino a bassa manutenzione. Riscaldamento / raffreddamento, ventilatori a soffitto in tutta la casa. Splendidamente presentato, la casa ha tutto per un breve soggiorno di vacanza o un lungo soggiorno confortevole. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Parcheggio disponibile in un sicuro garage doppio .Extra parcheggio disponibile sulla striscia di natura di fronte agli appartamenti. La casa di città è situata in cima al vialetto sul lato destro del complesso. Cialde di caffè gratuite, caffè, tè, latte e una colazione a base di cereali sono forniti per il vostro soggiorno di prima notte. I fumatori sono pregati di non utilizzare le aree comuni anteriori del complesso, ma possono utilizzare il cortile posteriore della residenza. Ci sono telecamere di sicurezza posizionate sul complesso per la vostra sicurezza che monitora tutti gli andirivieni nella residenza. Si prega di notare che tariffa per persona / bambino, per camera / per notte. La casa non è condivisa con il proprietario o con altri ospiti. I would not mind staying there again. Check-in/-out were extremely easy. The place is very clean and new. I loved that my dog could stay!
The only thing I wished is that the bath tub would have been available but the host openly gave me the pet rules in advance so I was aware of it. I would stay again if I ever go out to Bendigo again.

Everything is nice and new, instructions accurate and easy to follow. Double garage is huge bonus. Quite a lot of stairs between various levels. Plenty of linen, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen.

Great property and location BUT not all is as advertised. I am a solo traveller with a small dog and understood the rules when booking, however, was looking forward to using the advertised “hot tub / spa/ whirlpool”, only to find that all rooms located upstairs were locked and I was denied usage (rules state no pets upstairs - understood but it was me wanting to use the spa, not the dog). I was requested to pay an additional $20 for neglecting to pick up after my pet. I reluctantly paid but when pointing out the owner’s responsibility was met with rudeness and indifference. If you are the owner of a small dog, there is also a risk that they can escape underneath the gate. This was deflected by placing the bins across the gate. Last comment would be regarding communication - the last email received was to advise the code to the property will be via text message on the day. I arrived receiving no text message and upon ringing was asked “did you not receive my email (via stayz app) - as this was sent in the morning I did not read any emails as I was not expecting one and was impractical as I was already on the road travelling. Email was asking to confirm booking - I had paid and confirmed this weeks before. Just beware when booking this property that it has everything as per advertised - the property is on 3 levels so stairs are involved which may not suit all - having said that I’m sure you will enjoy your stay.

Clean and neat property. Tea, coffee and milk were ready for us on arrival. Plenty of towels, face washers and clear instructions on how the house was to be left. Would stay at again.

Very comfortable townhouse with good amenities, however, the internal and external steps are not ideal if travelling with toddlers or, in my case, an elderly but adventurous little dog. Having said that, I’d stay at this property again. There are more positives than negatives.

Our family only stayed for one night on the way to Melbourne but it was an amazing stay and we wish we had longer. The listing was very accurate, and if anything, was probably understated. The property was large, new and clean. The owners were also very communicative and helpful.

A beautiful and well appointed apartment in a lovely part of Bendigo. We did however feel as though we were not really trusted as the numerous messages received prior to check in and and at check out time we felt were excessive especially detailing the rules. We are not usually ones to look for negatives and understand the rules of short term stays/rentals as our many personal reviews on other short term stay platforms will attest. We have noticed this concern has been raised by other reviewers previously and whilst we understand it is the owners prerogative to manage their property, this detracted from our experience.

A lovely modern and comfortable town house. The open planned living, dining and kitchen area is beautifully designed. We felt very much at home. Master bedroom and ensuite was especially lovely. Our 18 month old dog “Ziggy” enjoyed her stay too.

A lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything. This home is set up to accommodate our dog with lots of added extras too (dog bowl outside, gate for stairs, and even pet blankets on the couch) Our 2nd stay and we will be back again. Thank you so much Laura :-)
