Situato nella comunità privata e recintata di Oceanside Village, che si trova al confine tra Garden City e Surfside Beach, nella Carolina del Sud.
La nostra casa sul molo situata in un resort recintato, Oceanside Village, si trova a 7 miglia a sud del Pavilion, il cuore di Myrtle Beach, e 3 miglia a nord di Murrell's Inlet, dove si possono trovare i migliori frutti di mare. La nostra casa comprende servizio internet ad alta velocità, lavatrice e asciugatrice e lavastoviglie.
Ci si può rilassare avvolgendo intorno alla piattaforma con un sacco di mobili da giardino. Sotto il posto auto coperto, c'è una doccia esterna.
Anche all'interno della nostra gated community ci sono una piscina interna riscaldata, due piscine esterne e un mini parco acquatico per i bambini, che sicuramente sarà un ricordo! C'è una vasca idromassaggio per 16 persone installata dalla piscina di Hickory Grove! Un centro di attività, campi da tennis, un campo da basket, campo da baseball, parco giochi, campo da pallavolo, cinque stagni di pesca, ferro di cavallo e bocce sono disponibili anche in loco.
È possibile usufruire del centro fitness a un costo aggiuntivo iscrivendosi presso l'ufficio in loco. Golf a un costo aggiuntivo presso il campo Tupelo Bay che è a soli 4 minuti o 15 minuti a piedi lungo la strada dal cancello principale che offre anche Glow Golf notturno.

Posizione perfetta vicino alla spiaggia con meravigliose dotazioni, ampio spazio esterno e cucina completamente attrezzata. Ottimo per famiglie e gruppi. Consiglierei sicuramente e prenoterei di nuovo!

Our family of 10 (me and my husband, plus our 8 kids ranging in age 20-2) found this place to be nearly perfect. The house itself was nicely decorated, kitchen was a good size for cooking meals, the location was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The only thing I would nitpick is the mattress in the smallest room (where my husband and I slept) was a little saggy, but it was tolerable. Kids loved the rides around the Oceanside community in the golf cart. When we got tired of the beach we really enjoyed the community's amenities. It was just far enough away from Myrtle Beach that I could pretend I was in OBX. I'm grateful we found this house and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and in the perfect location. We could see the ocean from the outside deck and take a very short walk to the beach. The golf cart was a bonus.

Great access to beach, perfect location to capture breeze and keep bugs away even on the hottest days. Community friendly, respectful of families and quiet. Wonderful amenities (open spaces, fishing, pools, hot tub, splash pad, basketball and tennis) nice mix of owner occupancy and travelers. Fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan and spacious outside area to spread out for a large group.

Great spot for a family vacation. Oceanside is just minutes away from everything, and having the golf cart available made trips to the beach and the pool a breeze. The house appeared just as the pictures, even with newer living room furniture and additional seating on the deck. I had one question upon arrival and Jeff was very responsive. Loved the beachy feel, and the home fit our family’s needs well. Hope to stay again in the future!

Me and my family had a great time! The beach is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride over. It was very convenient to have a golf cart included with the home. We were there with a very large group who all rented their own homes and from the sound of it, this was one of the better/updated homes in the neighborhood/village. Everything has its place in the home and it was decorated in the cutest beach theme! There are outdoor cameras, which was understandable and also completely fine with my family. The owners are pretty concise about leaving their home just the way you found it, including a list of things to do before you leave. We also had no issue with that. I do wish I would have known prior to signing the agreement that no linens (bath towels, beach towel, sheets, pillow cases, etc...) are included in the home. If we would have flown, that would have been an issue. I didn't find out that I needed to pack those items until the week before we arrived. The only other issue that was a bit bothersome to me was a few hours after we left, I received a call from the owner asking if I had brought in a cat. Apparently, he had received pics from his cleaning lady of "clumps of cat hair" around the inside home. I do not even own a cat, nor did I bring ANY animal with us. There are cameras all over the outdoors, so it would be very easy to see that no animal was brought into the home. We also cleaned VERY well before we left. The neighbor has about 6 cats running around their home, but I was told this hair was found on the inside of the home. I was still in town and offered to go back to the home to see what the cleaning lady found, but the owner replied that everything was fine and there was no need. All in all we really liked the home and location. The owner was incredibly responsive and had no issue with any contact from me. Not sure I'll be back in Myrtle Beach anytime soon, but if I was, I would definitely consider this home again.

We had a great vacation staying here! The location was great and having the golf cart was perfect. The home was nice and we enjoyed being able to bring our two small dogs. Would stay here again.

Excellent location. Plenty of space and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Wonderful outdoor furniture and large deck for family to hang out and visit. Would recommend it to anyone looking.

Amazing location. We had the access to the private parking and the beach. Cafe right on the beach. Water super warm and we were able to keep the distance. Not crowded.

Booked through VRBO. Easy process. Mr. Groves was very nice. We love staying in this community. This is the 3rd year we have stayed and the second time at Mr. Groves property.

Vacay away
Our family enjoyed staying in Garden City for our vacation. The golf cart was a major bonus. The house was stocked with kitchen supplies which was really helpful. The owners were very responsive when I emailed them and were very friendly. There was sand in the floor when we arrived, but I’m sure getting up all of the sand is hard. We really cleaned when it was time for us to check out because we wanted to make sure we got our deposit money back, which I’m hoping we will receive soon. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Very close to ocean

Great stay!
My family had a great time at this beach house! Floors were dirty when we arrived and we couldn’t figure out the TVs in the bedrooms but other than that it was perfect! The access to the golf cart was a huge benefit and the location of the house was great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Was in a great area very close to the beach
Lovely house, very clean. Loved the wrap around porch we sat out on it and watched the fireworks and ate supper each night.

Has everything you need!
The house was a great stay for my family! With 3 young kids and a grandparent too, we all had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and everyone had a seat at the table. The deck was so nice, and the decor looked like a magazine. We would for sure stay again!

Close to the beach
Upon checking in there were a few minor issues we resolved ourselves. While the location is the highlight of the house, it is not advertised as a renovated/elevated trailer. We had a morning of no water, due to park repairs, yet was up and running in an hour or so. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute drive to inlet for string of restaurant. Fine for a no-frills quick beach trip.

We had a great vacation experience! The house is a great size for what we needed and in a perfect location. Jeff was super accommodating and helpful in booking and making arrangements. We definitely plan to return!

Gray Anchor is awesome!
Loved the location and access to beach. Our first time staying in Surfside/Garden City location and it was fantastic. House was exactly as listed, golf cart made daily beach runs easy and quick, and we loved the house so much we cooked in and just relaxed 3 nights!! Highly recommend this property and location for your summer vacation! Very comfortable for 6 and I’m sure you can squeeze in a few more of wanted. Wish there was a king size bed in master, but truth told, wife and I probably slept better in separate beds lol. Next year I will bring a grill and cookout in carport - cruising the neighborhood and seeing others on carts - super friendly and a great gated community!! Hopefully we can get same place next year!!

An ok property with a nice golf cart! Watch out for "cleaning fees"
I decided to take a beach trip with some college friends and all our kids – 3 adults and 6 kids total including 3 toddlers. First of all this place is not particularly child friendly. There were toddler breakable decorations all over that I quickly moved out of the way (I should have taken pictures of their original locations as you'll soon learn). The house has obviously sustained some water damage. The floor is uneven and the master bathroom smells like mildew. I would have ignored all of this as the house isn't crazy expensive and I did genuinely enjoy the neighborhood and the nice golf cart. The problems – my friend’s toddler poured soap into the cable box (I’m not kidding!). We immediately called the owner, as stated in the rules, and he was polite and had us take the to the cable company where they replaced the box. My friend was so upset. Accidents happen with toddlers. That's why there is a deposit if we get fined I understand. No big deal. No fine for this but wait until you hear about the clean up. I made some mistakes on the long list of items we had to clean before we left including sweeping floors and cleaning bathrooms. I forgot to unload the dishwasher the last time and I left a drink in the fridge. I lost $175 because of this along with moving decorations and not putting comforters back on the beds perfectly (even though they needed to be washed and it wasn't listed in the cleaning checklist). When I got there I found a shoe under my bed and trash in my room. It didn't bother me too much although the owner has a "cleaning team" come in after people stay. I was fined for a granola wrapper and bottle tops inside a couch and love seat. I was also fined $50 because the “brand new” vacuum cleaner wheel was broken. My friend cleans houses for a living. This vacuum was worth less than $50 and nowhere near new. So unless you plan on spending your last two days cleaning a house that was messy when you arrived and you don’t have any kids skip this one! I'd rather have a nonrefundable cleaning deposit than get an email about moving breakable decorations and a "brand new" vacuum cleaner.

Perfect fit for my family
Very clean and well laid out floor plan. Plenty of space and even had a golf cart. My family really enjoyed our stay. The owners were extremely nice. Our vacation couldn't have gone any smoother. Will be booking again.

Great Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at the house. It is a nice, well maintained house. The neighborhood was great for the kids to play and the beach is one street away.
There are a lot of shops and entertainment about 20 minutes away at North Myrtle Beach.
