Abbiamo 6 appartamenti identici con 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni nel nostro edificio. Ogni condominio è un ampio 1100 con un piano piano aperto. La zona giorno è composta da un divano letto, 2 poltrone reclinabili, TV HD di grandi dimensioni, lettore Blu Ray, cavo esteso, lettore CD e ventilatore a soffitto. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo, una barra laterale completamente fornita di stoviglie e accesso alla porta scorrevole sul balcone. La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, stoviglie, pentole, posate, bicchieri, articoli in plastica per bambini e per griglia, frullatore, tostapane e pentole. C'è una stufa, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio.
Le camere dispongono entrambe di televisori ad alta definizione, lettori DVD, ampi armadi e ventilatori a soffitto. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato, letto king size e divano letto doppio. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e accesso al bagno dalla camera da letto. Quel bagno ha anche accesso dal soggiorno. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto.
La nostra piscina personalizzata è grande con una sporgenza abbronzante e posti a sedere in acqua. La piscina è riscaldata nei mesi invernali. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! I planned this family reunion months ago and everything from the communication to check out was simply seamless! The owners, management team, and quite honestly, the place itself, was EXCELLENT! Amber was extremely responsive to multiple calls from our party. The pool area, GREAT!!!!! It was literally across from the beach! The beds, divine! The house rules were simple and I hope we met them. I initially was worried I wouldn’t find a place that was up to my standards, but this place exceeded all of my expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Athena Ares Condos! We rented all 6 Condos. So nice to have our privacy and pool to ourselves by renting the entire building. Perfect for our large growing family. Plenty of room in each condo. The beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and wagons really made it nice to be able to have and not have to pack those items. Loved the location as it was just a block away. Pool was always kept clean daily. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Rented for our annual corporate retreat. We have rented large houses in the past and hotel rooms. This time we tried the individual condos and it was perfect. We had the ability to get away when desired and the ability to cone together around the pool for group activities and dinners.
Condos were pristine. Loved that they came with a wagon, umbrella and chairs. Pool and outdoor area was maintained daily.

The Athena Ares was absolutely fantastic! We rented out the entire complex for our wedding guests. Everything was better than described and they were so accommodating! Communication back and forth was quick and hassle free. The location was perfect. Our guests enjoyed the pool area tremendously and were amazed by the condos themselves. They were fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It was truly amazing and we will be staying again next year! Thank you do much!

We have stayed at this wonderful property before and there is no doubt that we will always come back when our destination is South Padre Island Texas. The beach access is amazing, the availability of the Pool/Hot Tub/ Pool Table/ and outdoor kitchen make the exterior of the property so inviting. The convenience of having kitchens and laundry facilities for all our 6 individual families make daily comforts and meals for so many people extremely enjoyable.

We rented the entire condo for our wedding party for the wedding and we enjoyed every bit of the property. It was just a block from the beach access and came with wagons, umbrellas and chairs for beach time. The pool and hot tub combo were phenomenal and the restrooms outside the condo were very convenient. I absolutely loved working with Amber & Sandy. Amber was available at all times via cell phone. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. The owners are awesome and very good at communicating instructions. The amenities were great and we hope to come back and stay at this property again!

If you have a large planned vacation or family reunion this is the perfect place. This is my second time renting at this property. This time was even better. We rented the 6 units and had the entire pool area for ourselves. Besides every family having their own privacy, we were still all together as a family.
We all brought our own beach chairs, tents and chairs. Just to let everyone know these units are equipped with these items. The beach access is across the street a few yards away from the property. Great location and great owners. We will be back.

Wonderful Experience
We reserved all 6 condos for a family event. All were standardized in great condition, clean, and airy, with beach equipment and plenty of towels. Location was fantastic across from the beach, and the pool area was a great gathering zone for everyone. The owners always tried to be accommodating and replied to messages promptly. Definitely would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking at South Padre. Checkout was easy with minimal amount of cleanup and organizing on the part of the renters, exactly how it should be!

Large Family Group
We had a large family gathering of 24 total, including 2 infants, a toddler, teenagers, parents and grandparents up to age 84! Athena worked out great! Everyone had their own space inside the condos, but we gathered for larger meals together around the pool. The pool is large and had spaces for everyone to play and lounge. The beach was just a short walk across the street and we took full advantage of that as well. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagons were a great bonus! We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and everything was as advertised. We highly recommend this property.

Love this place
We'd rented the entire property for our friends and family for a long weekend- it was like our own private resort. The condos are large and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable, the fold out sofa is so/so. The kitchen has everything you could need. It is very quiet there at night. We had a little trouble with the gas grill but used the charcoal one without any trouble. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and there is a ton of outdoor furniture in great condition. It is a very short walk to the beach. The property manager was readily available and helped out immediately. I highly recommend Athena Ares. We are already talking about making another trip next year.

Exceeded our Expectations
Our group of 23 rented the whole property. We were so pleased with how clean everything was and how quick the staff responded when we had an issue with the hot tub. The layout for our group worked well along with the pool area. The two maintenance guys who came daily were awesome! We were taken care of in all ways and would definitely recommend. Thank you for this opportunity!

One block from the beach & easily accessible to everywhere we went. The units are well maintained & very spacious. The pool area was a great place to relax & we really enjoyed the hot tub. Phil's Birthday Get A Way
Everything about this property was amazing. We had all 6 units and had much family time as we wanted around the pool. When we wanted privacy we could enjoy our condo. The condos were beautifully decorated. We got to meet Bonnie the property manager and she was an absolute joy. We are already planning another trip to this property. We Loved It!
