Very clean , Comfort , Free parking space , quiet and beautiful area . The apt was very modern with all the needed facilities . (You will need un suv type car because the slope of the parking ramp is quite big )

Not a proper shower towel , only bathrobes . The hot water last only up to 5-7 minutes . After you will have to wait 15-20 minutes to get worm again , so if you like long hot relaxing showers it would be an issue.

We were eight people and took three apartments. The apartments were excellent, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. Continental breakfast is a bit poor. The location for trips outside Athens by car is excellent. Less than 10 minutes from the ring road. About 35 minute's drive from the center during rush hours by car. We used Uber services a lot, which were very convenient. Near the apartment, there were restaurants, as well as a supermarket and a grocery store. The internet connection was very fast, including Netflix and YouTube.

The bedroom and shower in the couple's cozy apartment were small and very uncomfortable to use for tall people. (I am 1.90 meters tall). I recommend avoiding taking the Cozy apartment for people of my height, primarily tall. The other apartments were more extensive and spacious.

A modern beautifull building, brand new, immaculately clean, great communication and a very useful underground parking garage.

Fantastic security entering the property you have a tall gate and two security doors first at the gate then to enter the apartments block. Great sound proofing window shutters block out noice and light so good nights sleep.
