There are some impracticalities in the room

Le personnel prévenant. Le petit déjeuner correct (sauf le café, pour moi en tout cas) dans un beau décor. La piscine appréciable. Nombreux resto à proximité

Pas de table de nuit, pas d’électricité en tête de lit idem pas possible d’éteindre la lumière depuis le lit. Les chambres à l’arrière donnent sur des karaoké ou resto parfois bruyants. Les fumeurs au petit déjeuner :-( La piscine très agréable mais peu de place pour se poser

スタッフの皆さんが皆フレンドリーでした。 いつも直ぐにお茶と美味しいココナッツクッキーを出してくださり、ホッと一息！！ ココナッツクッキーはとっても美味しかったです♪ また私達の担当してくれたYoungさんはいつも直ぐに私達のリクエストに答えてくれ、美味しいお店やおすすめな場所を教えてくれました。 朝食も毎日少しずつ料理の種類が変わり、また日にち毎にフォーの味が違い、色々な味を楽しめました！ またダナンに行く機会があれば、ぜひ滞在したいです。

毎日お掃除に入ってくれますが、水回り特にシャワー室のお掃除が行き届いておらず、床が汚かったのが残念です…。

The style and design of the hotel was nice, welcome and farewell drink also were a nice touch. The staff helped with laundry and scooter rental

I’d suggest for the staff to give a bit of an introduction of da nang, a map and suggestions of where to eat and places to see. We were out all day exploring the areas outside but some suggestions coming from the staff would have been helpful. Finally, for breakfast the coffe didn’t seem that good compared with other places we stayed

The breakfast offered a satisfying experience. Although there weren't many options, what was available was sufficient and enjoyable.

The room did not justify its price. On my first day, I encountered disappointment as the room was left uncleansed, with bed linens unchanged, visible grime on pillowcases, and evidence of prior occupants. Moreover, the alternative room I had booked emitted a moldy scent upon entry, with a discarded toilet roll found beneath the bed and unchanged bed linens. I had to reach out to reception around 8:30 PM to request bed replacement. Despite having ample time to thoroughly clean and inspect the rooms before guest check-in, the issue remained unaddressed. The following day, the manager approached me to apologize and offered to upgrade my room. Additionally, she kindly provided complimentary drinks as a gesture of goodwill. Drawing from my experience of over 5 years in the hospitality industry and having stayed in various hotels, I also shared some constructive feedback with her. Despite the initial setback, I appreciated the manager's efforts to address the situation and ensure a more pleasant stay.
