Location was great easy assess to the tube and bus routes. Property was very clean and comfortable, bed comfy, shower great. Staff very polite & friendly.

Our rooms were in the property across the which was perfectly fine. We were down a floor so meant you could faintly hear the trams. Our kettle seemed to trip all the plug sockets out but when rang reception was constantly engaged. Therefore at 1am I had to walk across the road to which the problem was resolved very promptly & ring if wanted any hot water, was told will be fine in the morning but it wasn’t & again couldn’t get through to reception, even off my mobile!! Didn’t ruin our stay but was annoying.

Frokosten var litt skuffende. Tungvint ar det ikke har heis når man bor i 4. etg og har stor koffert. Ikke ideelt at jeg måtte krysse gata for å komme til hovedbygningen med resepsjon og frokostrestaurant. Vasken var tett og de klarte ikke ordne det. Kjøleskapet begynte å lage lyd om natta.

That we moved bedroom for our 2nd night away from the chaos of the laundry even though it was up 3 flights of steep stairs with NO lift

Been put in a room next to a laundry which kept us awake all night, not good at all. Basic accomodation for the price we paid

This is a 3 star hotel and in booking says it’s a 4 star hotel. The employees were apathetic, not helpful at all. We payed for a 4 star hotel and nobody at booking or the hotel was helpful enough to give us a response, they are still checking at our complaint and it’s been 4 days. I would recommend to check the reviews of the hotel in google before booking here, that says it all. The so called 4 star hotel didn’t have an elevator, nobody helped us with the suitcases, the shower didn’t work properly, the bed was very soft, the mattress springs were poking us and the employees apathetic.

For the price the room was lovely! Nice and spacious. The room was clean, had a lovely big bathroom. Staff were friendly.

I didn't find the bed overly comfortable and I hadn't realised on booking there was no lift which is a bit of a pain with a pushchair and luggage.
