Check in was easy and the breakfast was pretty much okay. That's pretty much it. There's not really anything else that's good to say about this stay.
I know this is a micro hotel room but that doesn't excuse the issues with this stay. The bed was rock solid and uncomfortable. The air conditioner chucked out barely any air and what it did push out wasn't cold. There were holes in the bathroom floor under the lino which someone could potentially step through if the lino ripped. The shower door was tight for anyone who wasn't stick thin. The restaurant / bar felt claustrophobic to the point I was worried about accidentally hitting someone whenever I got up from my table. As I was staying only for one night and had a packed itinerary, I didn't have the time to complain and ask to change rooms etc. so I raised the issues in the morning upon checkout so that the hotel could get these resolved. They offered a free takeaway coffee to make up for it but this was a very small gesture and despite this, I would never stay here again.

The staff was very kind and efficient and the location is just amazing. We were offered free breakfast since our room was super hot.
Our AC didn't work and our room was incredibly hot, like a sauna. We called reception and the manager was super sweet and gave us two fans, although one of them didn't work and the other one did but only circulated the hot air, which was no help whatsoever. We were offered free breakfast which was very very kind but we were in a hurry and also very tired as we couldn't sleep and we had a 7 HR drive back home.

Excelente ubicación, pudimos ir caminando a palacio de Nelson, leicester square, palacio de buckingham, china town y Soho y además tenía parada de bus cercana donde nos movimos a lugares más distantes.
La habitación era súper moderna, con buena presión de agua y cama y almohadas cómodas.
El personal era muy amable.
Sabía desde que reservé que la habitación era pequeña y que su baño ofrecía poca privacidad, sin embargo tenía buena relación precio-calidad.

The location is really good. 5 min walk to Piccadilly Circus station and very close to the soho area. Very convenient for shopping and sightseeing.

It is very loud and does not fulfill its promise with the front desk, and there is serious racial discrimination! ! The experience of entering and living this time is like this. First, he gave me a room next to the staff room nearby. At 7 in the morning there was the sound of carts and workers screaming loudly. Go to the front desk and say to change rooms. He said you can change before eleven the next morning. The next day I went to the front desk to change the room, but the new front desk told the manager that unless I paid for a new room, they would not change the room even if I had a room now. Room 506 was too noisy, so I had to check out and book another hotel. I suggest that you can book other better hotels instead of this hotel with poor service.

My room was a disabled room behind reception outside my room was approximately 20 left luggage cases which I had to move to get in. The room was cupboard with a plug it was that small, however had a TV practically the size of the bed. There wasn’t any windows and the room was about 60 degrees . Didn’t sleep much as it was too warm
