The location is fine if one wants to be close to the Nice airport. However, there is not much else around the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. The private parking is convenient if you travel by car.

The restaurant was opened only for lunch. The whole atmosphere was that of a business hotel, nothing pleasant or unpleasant.

We booked a room with a kingsize bed for 4 nights in this hotel at around 492 euro. We are a family of 2 adults and a child of 5 year old. The child is small and doesn't like to sleep alone. He sleeps in the middle. When we arrived in this hotel they said we had to take an extra room with a kingsize bed. It was not allowed for a small child to sleep with the parents. In the rest of the hotel world this would never be a problem. They drove or holiday cost up significantly with another 491 euro. They acted as if we were getting a big reduction while we checked afterwards and they just gave us the regular price. They didn't see this misunderstanding and didn't want to cancel the room and wanted to follow their standard procedures. There is a balance between company policy and customer service. I would say with this hotel it is not in favour of customer service. Avoid this hotel if you are a family with small child(ren).

It felt good when we were told there was an upgrade to a spacious room with a balcony, until we found the air-con was not working in this room. It was in the afternoon, we soon went to the front desk and told the man, but he said because the sun was still shining and we should keep the air-con working until evening then it would cool down, and if Hui it wasn’t then we could tell them again. We then went out and came back after the sunset. It was really cool outside but the room was still too warm. We turned other electronic devices off and turned the air-con to maximum, and lowered the temperature settings to the bottom, but it was all in vain. We called the front desk asking about changing a room, but the man (don’t know if still the same one) said no other rooms available, then I asked how could we stay in an uncomfortable room like this. I could not believe that he answered, “You can open the window, it’s pretty cool outside.” I said, “ how do I know if there’s someone trying to come in, that’s a threat to my life and property!” This man said,” I’m sorry, but that’s it.” This is so ridiculous the way they treated us, we didn’t even use the quilt and felt so hard to sleep the whole night. I had never felt so frustrated to a hotel serving their customers like this. Never will I stay in this hotel again. Also the roll-up door at the balcony was not so clean, covered with plenty of dust.

pillows in the room were not comfortable,We have been on the side looking to the street and noise levels are quite hight in the rush hours.We did not understand reasons we were not put on the other side as hotel was nearly empty at that times

closed hardly marked gate. you have to look for entrance. no direct access from the parking. plenty parking but some creep scratched my car. the pool out doors out of use.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The location isn't far from the city center, but traffic in Nice makes it about a 25 minute drive to the old city and the promenades. The rates are very reasonable for a high quality hotel.

It is a new, clean, modern hotel, with a large and free parking lot.

The hotel is charging 25 EUR per person (!) for a breakfast. I was quite amazed, if they are serving lobster or what. Even though the hotel was almost completely empty, they wanted to charge me 20 EUR for a bathtub in the room. It was never a problem elsewhere.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Always ready to give recommendation and help. The room was very spacious and the location very nice if you have a car!

staff were a little arrogant. English Chanel’s on tv did not work and reported issue to reception each morning. on return issues we’re still the same.

When I arrived I was informed there was a parking charge for large vehicles. This is not unusual or unreasonable at all, but I was told the charge was €75 per night. I find this fairly disgusting considering I the booming couldn’t be changed or cancelled at this point.

Room good and clean, breakfast was not trying as had a nice local coffee shop close to the hotel with great sandwiches and pastry.
